Hola Oscar, es un gusto que te quedaras con nosotros y disfrutaras de nuestras mejores suites, Lamentablemente por tratarse de un edificio protegido por la UNESCO y patrimonio de la ciudad no podemos incorporar un ascensor pero nuestro equipo siempre esta feliz de ayudar. La cerradura es así porque tienen un sistema de bloqueo de ruido por lo que es un mecanismo especial que nos ayuda minimizar el ruido de los alrededores.
