Sky pool og hyggeligt personale
Upåklageligt personale der tøede op undervejs. Meget service ivrige. Hotellet lå under for lidt startvanskeligheder. F.eks var pumpen til spildevand utæt, sagde de, som forklaring på hvorfor det regnede på toilettet. Men flotte værelser med fin udsigt og en bar på toppen med pool og langsomt roterende gulv så man kan nyde udsigten hele vejen rundt uden at spilde sin Abuelo rom

Not worth the cheap price. This hotel was not the cleanest and had weird smells. The elevator and room was small. You aren’t allowed to eat in the room. They hand you the tv remote when you check in, which was strange. I booked a “balcony” and there are none. The view of the ocean would’ve been beautiful if the windows weren’t so dirty. We didn’t even stay and I’m okay with losing my money to go somewhere better.

Las habitaciones y los espacios no son como en las fotografías, el hotel es muy sucio y esta muy descuidado, no funciona bien el internet ni el aire acondicionado, se ve que hace años no lo remodelan o le dan mantenimiento. The rooms and spaces are not like in the photographs, the hotel is very dirty and very neglected, the internet and the air conditioning do not work well, it seems that it has not been remodeled or maintained in years.

READ BEFORE BOOKING! (Feb 15-2024) - Staff at front desk is nice. - location is good (only good thing) - Rooms are terrible, extremely dirty, serious management issues, let's start with the elevator floor tiles are pealing off, room entry door got stuck with floor, floor tiles are separated with big gaps, most floor molding is broken and loose. - Bathroom is even worse, only one towel with stain and holes, we had to call to get more towels, shower was filthy with mold, missing door, Sink had a hole and faucet was loose, we had to call for toilet paper and we had to go to the lobby to get it after waiting a couple hours because they didn't brought it, see pictures for details. - Pool area, you can't see the bottom of the pool and where you can see is peeling off, the outside is destroyed, green carpet is destroyed, this place is a big mess. - The surroundings of the building are unsafe, a lot of homeless people and bad habits issues.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. The staff at the front desk were nice and polite, and the lobby is decent looking, but then you get to your floor and it looks like something out of a horror movie. you get into your room, and the walls are rotting away, the bed has hair all over it and the mattress is probably 40 years old and the sheets don't even cover the mattress. There is mold all over the shower and disgusting filth all over the walls and sink. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE. we checked out within 30 min of being there and probably wont get our money back.

The check-in process was frustrating as our assigned room was unprepared, forcing us to request a new one after discovering it in disarray. This not only inconvenienced us but also highlighted a lack of attention to detail. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Common areas appeared neglected, making it challenging to feel comfortable during our stay. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the experience for future guests.

Hotel situado em região com prostituição. Restaurante do hotel estava fechado, logo sem café da manhã. Colchão com um buraco no fundo. Banheiro sem tapete. Janelas de vidro sujas externamente e que impediam a vista do mar. Única coisa boa foi a solicitude dos funcionários.

The condition of this property was terrible. There was a horrible smell in the elevator, hallway and room. There were waterlogged baseboards, stripping paints, furniture with exposed raw edging and more. We did not stay in the room more than 5 minutes before deciding that we would go find another hotel. i took photos of the place and showed them to the front desk attendant. He apologized for the conditions and directed us to Expedia to request a refund. Expedia has been trying to get my refund, but the property manager is refusing. It is a real shame. Stay away from this place.

The place is clean aside from the bedsheets in the bedroom that was stained and dirty. I did not receive any room service until I asked for it. There were times that the air conditioner will be completely shut off after being turned on and would have to call the receptionist in order for them to turn it back on. Also, there was no Wi-Fi in my room and they were helpless, I had to constantly contact them and didn’t receive any service almost 2 days later. There was no food in the hotel at all! Also, in the beginning of the week only on weekends there is someone serving alcohol in the pool area but yet they do not allow customers to bring any of their own when there is no service provided in which it is very unfair. Knowingly that I had all of these issues come to light, I had asked for a later check out since my flight was a lot later on and they still had the audacity to charge for for a late fee instead of accommodating.

The bed had sex stains. The air was not clean lack of ventilation. Gym had no AC it was broken. Windows were dirty and floors dirty. Alot of trip hazords and building codes shouldn't be looked at before anyone gets hurt. Front desk receptionist was nice and understanding. Don't Stay at Infiniti Hotel

This property has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I had to look at about 5 rooms in total until I was satisfied with the quality of the room. There were bugs in my initial room and it was incredibly hot and humid on the first floor that I was on. I didn’t get to keep my room with a balcony and was moved to the 11th floor. The roof top was nice but the pool was indeed very dirty. I didn’t know Housekeeping was an option but they did do a really great job.

No mini fridge or coffee in room. At least coffee there should be! Very nice and clean. Good air quality to breath.

The location is excellent. Room included breakfast ( no restaurant) there was none. Balcony none and first room had no water so we moved rooms. Beds were comfortable, no hand towels, pool towels or face cloth’s. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in a long time… there is 2 inches of sand in the bottom. This hotel has the potential of being amazing but sadly we were very disappointed. Perhaps new management is required. I would change breakfast included as we did chose this hotel for the pool, parking and breakfast.
