La ubicación es muy práctica, a pocos minutos del centro histórico y enfrente de la estación de tren y autobuses, que te conectan con el aeropuerto y otras ciudades. El personal muy amable. El edificio muy limpio, aunque algo anticuada la decoración. Precio competitivo

This property was very close to the train station, which is exactly what I was looking for. The area noisy during the day as it is a hot transit hub. It gets quiet in the evening allowing for rest. The hotel was under renovation, but the construction noise was very low and did not distrub my trip. It met all my needs.

The hotel itself was/is very clean with great personnel.....all friendly and efficient. The train station, bus station, and many nice bars and restaurants are really close by....trains being 100 metres away- so handy if you want to go on day trips.

Un lugar limpio y práctico para viajar en Sicilia
Una linda experiencia en este hotel y su ubicación es genial si tu objetivo es viajar por Sicilia. Las instalaciones aceptables, limpias y amplias. Posibilidad de tener habitacion con cocina. Lo que más nos ayudó y es genial es la ubicación. Cerca de la estación central de trenes en Palermo, donde salen trenes a diferentes destinos como Cefalú, cerca de la parada de buses hacia Mondello y también a cómo 10 min caminando a la parada de buses hacia Vito lo Capo. Cerca del centro como a máximo 15 min. caminando donde encuentras restaurantes, bares y diversiones. Lo recomendaría y si volvemos a Palermo con seguridad volveríamos a este lugar

Posizione strategica per il soggiorno per chi come noi è arrivato senza auto, servito da qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto per tutte le destinazioni.camera con servizii buoni, dotata di angolo cottura ben sfruttabile, in complesso un buon soggiorno,nel soggiorno unica mancanza un phone per i capelli e un coltello per il pane.

Palermo super-centrale.
GC14 is ‘basic’ in some ways and has minimal facilities (although rooms have the essentials) but it’s in a great location for exploring Palermo on foot or by bus and making day-trips elsewhere in Sicily. The very best thing about it is the young, friendly and efficient staff! They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful and they made us feel warmly welcome.

Comfortable and close to railway station
Almost opposite the railway station and very close to the long distance bus station. Very convenient if a traveller would like to stay close to public transport facilities to travel to other places and to airport. This is a kitchenette but the microwave did not work. There was nom kettle but one was promptly provided on request. I could not get the cooker to work either. Reception staff friendly and helpful but not available after 9 pm.

Struttura in pieno centro, a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale e ai confini del pieno centro storico. Pulizia discutibile, soprattutto sulla prima camera ricevuta. Dopo la prima notte lo staff ci ha cambiato stanza e notevolmente è cambiata la nostra percezione. La stanza numero 10 va sistemata, sembra la stanza di un ostello e non di un B&B con ottime recensioni. Un plauso va alla receptionist che riesce a dare il massimo per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti.

Our stay at this hotel was a little disappointing. Our room stinked, probably because our fridge didn’t work. Also airconditioner didn’t work and there was no air in the room. The most disgusting thing was that the bin in the bathroom was full from probably the previous visitors. When we talked about these problems the next morning the host didn’t do anything about it.

Our kind of place.
We are frequent travellers throughout Italy and have to say this place had everything we look for, easy to find, friendly staff, the means to cook for ourselves and most of all close to the railway station. All the major sites of Palermo are within easy walking distance, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. The bed wasn’t to the softer standard we prefer but that is a matter of personal choice.

The hotel is definitely overrated. My stay was ok, but I found a few things quite disappointing. First of all, the pictures for the type of room that I got were completely misleading. In the pictures, it looks like you are going to get some kind of fancy room, but the room was actually quite sad and doesn't resemble at all, no - not even in the style - to the one in the pictures. After making the hotel aware, they told me they would change my room, but despite I asked the front desk twice, in the end the no other room was made available. Plus, there were several little issues when I got into the room, like missing bodywash, missing stopper for the bidet, TV remote not working, etc. On the last day, when I had some questions for the front desk, nobody was there available. As per the cleaning, they were supposed to tide up the room every day and change bedsheet/towels every 3 days. Nobody ever showed up to do either. Since the rooms are all on the first floor you get to hear a lot of noise from the street, in addition to noise from other rooms. There were also a few positive points. The location next to the train station was pretty convenient if you need to travel either by train or by bus. The people at the front desk were friendly and available in case of need. I don't think I would stay again at the same hotel.

Gentile Signor Lubrano siamo davvero dispiaciuti per l'accaduto e che il suo soggiorno non sia andato come immaginava però mi sembra anche corretto sottolineare che, nello stesso giorno in cui lei ha esposto le sue lamentele, le ho repentinamente bloccato un'altra camera ma lei mi ha risposto che essendo fuori non avrebbe potuto fare il cambio e che comunque non trovava corretto bloccare un'altra stanza per lei. Ho atteso il pomeriggio ma non ricevendo risposta ho dovuto rimettere la camera in vendita. Abbiamo cercato di venirle incontro come potevamo e ci dispiace che questo non sia stato apprezzato, nonostante ciò ci auguriamo che possa in futuro tornare ed essere di nuovo nostro ospite. Appartamenti ristrutturati in maniera deliziosa, terrazza relax discreta ed elegante, stanze silenziose è molto spaziose. La caratteristica più importante è stata l’accoglienza e la cordialità dei proprietari, in particolare la gentilezza del sig Giusto che ha avuto cura di aiutarci a conoscere l’aspetto storico di tutte le ricchezze monumentali della bellissima città di Palermo che, pur nel poco tempo a disposizione, siamo riusciti a visitare con facilità! Consigliatissima la struttura: è in posizione strategica per essere raggiunta dall’aeroporto e per il raggiungimento di tutto il centro storico. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.Torneremo al più presto.

A good choice but........
The suites could not be located more conveniently for arrival at the Central Station, as is the case if you use the train to get from airport to city. The reception desk was amanned whenever I arrived or left the building, making it easy to arrive and depart. The hotel was very “Covid aware”, clean and well maintained and the rooms also had limited kitchen facilities (hob, fridge, cutlery, etc) which is a bonus. But.......the room I had had a persistent and overwhelming smell of Palermo “cauliflower drains”. It was manageable by a combination of closed doors, open windows and permanent extractor fan. If I had been travelling with my wife, I know she would have insisted on finding somewhere else - for me, it was tolerable and really was the only (but important) weak point of an otherwise excellent value choice.

Nous étions deux dans une chambre avec petite kitchenette et salle de bain. La chambre était super, le personnel très accueillant. Si on revient à Palerme, on revient dormir là-bas ! La proximité avec la gare est un grand plus(une minute à pied).

Très très bien !
L'hôtel est propre et spacieux, l'homme de l'accueil est professionnel et gentil. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, c'est une très bonne solution, cuisine dans la suite, prix raisonnable, et très bien situé .

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per una notte. Personale disponibilissimo alle esigenze del cliente. La struttura si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione centrale , ristrutturato da poco offre diverse sistemazioni per quel che mi riguarda rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.La camera era un mini appartamento attrezzato di piastre per cucinare compreso di stoviglie. Complimenti .
