Disappointing service.
I tried to eat at the restaurant but gave up after waiting half an hour after giving my order, the waitor came over after half an hour an told me that my order had disappered in their system, so they hadn't started on it yet. When I came down to check out, the night portier was sleeping at the front desk.

Very handy for the airport. Comfortable bed. Nice shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Nice supply of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Booked a airport view. To be told none were available! Pointed this out and magically a room was found. But very hot and the air con didn't work. Had a car and still had to pay and Extra £5.50 to get out of the airport on top of the car parking charge. Wouldn't recommend.

Super convenient to the airport and smooth check in. I liked that the room had a bathtub and refrigerator, and a large TV. There was a good selection of hot drinks (including a coffee pod machine) and biscuits and chocolate.

Room was very basic and likely needs a deep clean. No fridge and no cupboards/drawers to store clothing. Amazingly convenient location in relation to getting my flights to Glasgow, but not exactly to the standard I would expect.

Excellent location short walk to terminal. Unfortunately our room was 25C temperature when we got there and I couldn’t get the thermostat to work. I phoned front desk and they said they would send someone up but nobody came. Sleepless night.

I had an early flight from Glasgow in the morning and it is so easy to walk to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Getting a bus to and from Glasgow is so close and arrives every 10 minutes.

Very convenient right at the airport. Take note they have two Holiday Inns there one is a Holiday Inn Express and this one is just Holiday Inn. Make sure you walk to the right one or you'll be dragging your luggage for an extra 10 min walk between the two.

I like that it was walking distance to the airport. It’s an old hotel that has been renovated and it shows. Breakfast cost extra.

Terrible from start to finish . Allocated on top floor, appeared to be mainly storage rooms,stained carpets wall scuffed. But as it was 2am I went to bed. The room was clean ,but very dated. Next morning I couldn’t get the shower to work ,and also the tv. I asked a room attendant to help me with this,she agreed the batteries weren’t working in remote,she went to next room to get another but there wasn’t one!!! Breakfast was a massive let down,poor selection ,needed replenishing ,the ambience of the restaraunt was non existent .very poor for a stay that had cost me (solo traveller) £/112 I did complain at check out,the receptionist explained the hotel was being refurbished .no good for me ,won’t stay again she made no attempt to refer my complaint to management .

No hot water, had to have a cold shower before an early morning flight. Called reception and they said they had to run a tap to heat up the water! The very least i expect of a hotel is hot water, the room was filthy, black gunk around the taps, the bathroom smelled bad and they have a moth infestation. Dated, tired and completely awful.

This property is right on the airport property so serves the purpose of getting to the airport for early flights. Service and food were good but the hallways and rooms could use a refresh. Threadbare carpet and tubs that need reglazing. It was also difficult to find the drive in entrance after having to pay the $5.50 fee for driving through the airport we returned our car and walked to the hotel. Better entrance signage would have been appreciated.

Very, *very* convenient for the airport. Good on-site dining and bar. Rooms and corridors are in OK condition, but aging a bit. Everything worked.

Best part is it's right at the airport terminal. Checkin ok, room ok dining service slow, bed too soft, room ok.

Very convenient for access to airport and early start. Staff at reception and restaurant helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is looking tired and a bit scruffy.
