Great house and great location
Our family stayed the week of Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The house was very clean and worked well for our family of 6 adults and 4 young adults. So spacious. We loved the outdoor space and the fire overlooking the ocean. Would love to come back. Lance was a great host.

Top tier spot for a chill girls’ trip!
Wonderful location for some overworked 30-somethings in need of a weekend to relax. The patio is the stuff of dreams, the kitchen fully stocked, and we were even treated to an hour of watching whales play on our last day. Fantastic spot.

California Coastline Experience
Great location right on the coast facing west with quick expressway access to San Francisco and SFO Airport. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep 12. Large open kitchen-dining-living perfect for gathering family & friends.

Great stay close to SF
Great stay close to San Fran, but remote enough to be peaceful. Property was everything that listing said. Very clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had in a long time. Just make sure you know you are only renting the downstairs unit. You might have noisy upstairs neighbors :( The ONLY thing I had to complain about was that there were not enough bath towels for all 8 of us; a very small inconvenience but with how many beds there were, it seemed strange.

Pacifica beach front
Photos show balcony view with glasses and this is not the case. I thought the property was up and downstairs because of the way the description was written about the property. There is a 2nd floor but the main rental is the 1st floor. The balcony with a nice fire place to accessible by anyone walking on the beach or street. The main floor kitchen and main room are nice. The bedrooms are quiet strange by the way the rooms are situated. It was definitely a multi-house apartment turned into 2 rental properties. Overall, it was in a good location and made for some good morning walks along the beach.

Great Stay
Fantastic house, clean and with beautiful views. Good open space and plenty of room in the house. Parking was convenient too. The house is well situated just outside of the city, giving you easy access in 20ish minutes. Communication with the host was great throughout.

Great Experience in Pacifica
We rented this property to stay at during our daughter’s wedding celebration. The main living space is large, with a dining table that could seat up to 10-12 and stools at the island. The kitchen is enormous and has every type of cooking equipment you might need. The porch with the fire pit was delightful and a great place to gather in the evenings. The 2 Murphy Beds in the front bedroom with extremely comfortable. The view from the house and porch was phenomenal. The host responded to the few minor issues within a few hours. I highly recommend this house for a larger family or group when visiting the area. If we visit Pacifica again we would definitely stay here!

Everything we expected!
This property is everything we expected from looking at the listing. The patio was our favorite and we spent most of our time out there. The house was clean and functional. It was my first VRBO experience and there wasn’t anything we wish we would have packed extra, the house had all the typical amenities that we needed.

I really enjoyed the property. There was plenty of space for us. Street parking was easy for us. Welcoming touches were appropriated. Loved the view and surrounding area. Hose is wheelchair accessible, but not great for a power chair. Really had a great family vacation!

Spacious, well stocked, and a spectacular location
Our family stayed on this bottom floor unit during our wedding. It has a beautiful view of the water and a really great fire pit outside. We hosted a brunch that fit 14 people around the long dining table, had no issue with enough dish ware either, which was amazing! There are lots of beds to choose from too. If you have a big group, this is the place to stay. Thank you for having us!

Girls Trip to Pacifica
The check-in process was seamless; however upon opening the door we did encounter a weird smell. The sheets were a bit worn; spots; marks, bathrooms were fairly clean. The thermostat needed batteries so first two nights it was pretty hot. We were gone most of the time and it rained most days so we didn't get to enjoy the firepit; but we did enjoy walks on the beach. Overall it was a good stay for first time in Pacifica.

A perfect rental!
This is a great property if you have a larger group. It’s literally right on the ocean with huge front windows and a patio with fireplace. It’s central to everything - minutes from the airport, easy access to San Francisco and to the coastline to the south. There is a big open space with multiple fridges and dishwashers, with bedrooms set back. Quiet neighborhood and awesome sunsets - on no fog days of course! Communication with the property manager was open and easy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!
Amazing view of the ocean. Perfect location for our activities of hiking and getting into the city. Comfortable beds. 2 covered parking places; low clearance cars may have challenge getting into the driveway but there is plenty of street parking. The fireplace on the patio was fun. Lance was very responsive and took care of our concerns.

Fantastic property with ocean views & sound for board retreat
Super spacious and clean property with multiple cooking space for large group of people. Highly recommend for team building / retreat or a group of friends that would like to do a cook-off challenge. Plenty of bedrooms and beds plus a fantastic outdoor deck with fire pit for sunset and people watching. Sleeping to the sound of the Pacific Ocean is not a bad way to end the night.

Wonderful spot!
What a great place! Everything you could need, and more! Plenty of space and the ability to hear the waves as you go to sleep and wake up to the surf crashing on the rocks- for people from the mid-west was pretty awesome. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, hot with good pressure. The outdoor fire pit was a perfect way to not only make plans over coffee in the morning but to wind down after dinner. The large dining area let us play numerous family games and the Massive TV let us take in a movie or two for some downtime between activities. We had more beds/bedrooms than we needed by far but was really awesome to have all the space. We didn't need the washer and dryer, but was nice to know it was there. Linens and towels all available for us. Not far from at all from San Francisco for nice day trips in and we frequented several of the Pacifica restaurants for meals. Personally loved Nicks, for the food and the vibe, the walk to Mori point is worth taking and I spent a lot of quality time watching the surfers and fisherpeople from the front patio. Easy trip to the airport. Would love to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Was a wonderful trip!

Perfect pacific sunset getaway!
The property has everything you’ll need to really enjoy the pacific coast sunset everyday. Two TVs and bunk beds keep the Kids occupied while the big windows and deck with fire pit make for some nice romantic evenings for the adults. Lance was super responsive on the very few questions I had. Everything is clear and easy for guests making your stay headache free. Really a great place we look forward to returning to.

Lance was very friendly, helpful and responded in a very timely manner. The location of the house could have not been better, we had front row seats to the most spectacular ocean view outside and even from inside the house. Accommodating my moms limited mobility was priority when booking a rental and this house was very accommodating so she could enjoy all the bells and whistles of the beautiful beach house as well. The firepit outside overlooking the Pacific Ocean and pier was the highlight day and night. We were the envy of everyone walking the beach.

Rented this property for a Girl's Trip / Birthday Celebration. House is located right outside San Francisco, with easy access to all the local sights, as well as a quick drive up to Napa Valley. We had a wonderful time. The house was amazing!! Lance is an excellent host, very responsive and thoughtful. He spared no expense on linens/towels, kitchen/bath amenities, streaming services, etc. The location of this home -- literally right next to the ocean -- is simple the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a centralized location to host a friend/family event. Pacifica is a cute little town with lots of great shops/restaurants, etc. and gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown SF. House can accommodate lots of people easily (multiple bedrooms/bathrooms) and offers covered parking, which is hard to find in the SF area. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars -- highly recommend.

This place was great! Very well stocked, in all areas. Kitchen was amazing with two stoves, two dishwashers, and two refridgerators. But that wasn't the best part, two TV's in the living room, one of which was 86", and two couches also made tha place was very comfortable. But, the best part was the spectacular view. Where else do get to live only 50 yards from the waves crashing on the rocks, with the only interuption being nbvbbhg.km ncbvcxznv

As good as it looks...
This property was amazing. A perfect location, and an awesome setup. It wasn't super clear that there was a second unit on the top floor, and when we stayed there was family with small children who stomped around a lot. Other than that though, this was almost the prefect rental!

Beautiful house and location
We loved our stay in this VRBO. It was the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in- plenty of pans, grill, dishes, spices, etc. along with wonderful unexpected extras. The fire pit was amazing and you could hear the waves from all the bedrooms. The furniture is perfect for all ages. The place is flawlessly decorated and so functional. Lance was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. Pacifica is great- good food and close to lots of activities. We’d love to come back.

Amazing house and location!
This house was amazing! There were 7 of us traveling and we all had our own space. The main living area is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was perfect. We were a short 7 minute drive to the Colma BART station which was an easy 20 minute ride into the city. And the view is spectacular! We were lucky enough to see a pod of whales during our stay. Lance is very attentive and responsive and we were greeted with a few treats in the kitchen. We will definitely be back the next time we come up to the Bay Area!

Girls weekend
Great experience! Close enough to the city for daily drives to see what the city has to offer. Yet far enough away to feel like you aren’t in the big city. Property owner was very responsive. The place had everything we needed plus more. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Spot for a family get away!
Easy to find great spot for our family get away. The water is right outside your door. Hiking has some amazing views. Will for sure be coming back for another visit in the future

Much better than I could have expected
Pacifica is a hidden gem just minutes from San Francisco and SFO. The property is right across from the Pacific Ocean with great views. The common areas in the rental were large and well thought out and the kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped. I would particularly recommend a stay either for friends getting together (as we did) or for family groups. Lance providing his favorite cherry pie on arrival was much appreciated and a nice touch!
