We are extremely sorry that you had to keep awake. You understand that our location is next to farms and so to keep the bugs out you really have to keep windows closed when lights are on at nights. Seems like you are a "townnie" who has no clue on how to adjust to such situations. We are sorry for your experience.

Very surprised at your poor lighting comment - a first!. There is no demand for face cloths anymore (we stopped providing this more than 2 yrs ago guests nowadays bring their own), but if you had requested this at check-in or called us, we would have accommodated you...

Jean Marc this is something you should take up with expedia, or your booking platform. Since we do not have the configuration you requested, they should have made you aware of this at the outset. I tried to accommodate with what we have on the ground when I learnt that you had booked something that did not exist, that is rooms with 2 king beds.

Hi JohnWe apologise for those issues that upset you during your stay here. We were not aware that the TV wasn't working, nor that there was no milk for tea/coffee. If you had only called reception we would have rectified this with minimum delay. I met up with you re your laundry - you didn't mention anything.. Most guests prefer to use the public laundry down the road - hence ours not being a guest facility. We will improve our services to our guests.

The abruptness was due to finding that you had left your dog alone in the room for 2 days which prevented servicing being carried out for that period. There was dog fluff on the bedding and unit crockery being used for the dog. - Motel policy with regard to being pet friendly was brought to your attention prior to your arrival. It would have helped tremendously if you had observed these.
