I had been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years and this is the first time I got bedbugs. It was the worst experience of my life. I was only staying one night before I left the next day for my holiday. I was sleeping for a total of 2 hours before I was woken up by extreme itching, welts started showing up. I took my flashlight and found them under my pillow. I went to the front desk at 2:00 am and they gave me another room but left everything in the other room. Because of everything that had happened needless to say I would not go into the bed. I sat in the desk chair for a few hours then went and sat in the front lobby while I had to wait until Manager showed up at 9:00 am because nobody was allowed to say what they could do for me. Manager came in at 9:00 and agreed to put all my clothes through the dryer. I told them I did not feel safe enough to keep my new luggage for I was afraid they could be in there and I would transfer them to my next place. He only offered to comp my one night stay and not do anything about the luggage. I asked if they did bed bug prevention treatment and he said we clean the rooms but not spray for bed bugs. This definitely has put me off of going to this hotel ever again.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Others nearby are of better quality for similar price. Bedspread threads had pulls in them; not enough electrical outlets; plug in charging areas did not always work.

When I arrived at the hotel, when I went to go pay my deposit, I was told $250 when I read the booking in the information on your website reflecting the hotels information it said $100 I was told by a girl at the front desk that the information on your guises website does not reflect the current values of this hotel. I was able to work something out with the hotel, but this would be the second time that information on your web site, reflecting what the hotels rules and regulations are are not accurate when it comes to the deposit rate

The room space was nice. The lobby was all marbled with tables which was nice and fancy. Was only given one duvet instead of two though.

Staff were just great. Super friendly on front desk both night and morning. I'm sorry I'm too tired to remember the name I asked for at night desk. Sorry! Breakfast was good. ! Make your own waffles! The television com was really futuristic and far beyond my capacity to operate. I wasn't crazy about the bed, difficult to get comfortable. I know! You wouldn't think. So. Next time round...not that kind. : ] .

Women travellers beware. I felt extremely unsafe during my stay. The building is surrounded by wooded area that lead down to the train tracks and there is a large construction yard to the opposite side. My daughter and I were approached on 4 different occasions by a man that came out of the bushes when we pulled in. Police were called and hotel staff were notified nothing was done. I tried reaching out to Expedia numerous times to see how I could get out of my reservation no reply. This was the worst experience I have ever felt as a women and parent. I will never stay here again. Also to note hotel was full of marijuana smoke (almost like a hot box) that room fire alarms went off all night long from multiple rooms. So disappointing especially when you have kids.

The place was very clean the staff was extremely kind. There was a misunderstanding about the deposit but it was rectified. I enjoyed my time there.

When I checked in I had to sign a non smoking form, however the room did smell like stale smoke. We just stayed one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. But realistically it should not have any odors at all.
