Great location in Orlando
The hotel has a great location close to all the attractions in Orlando as well as restaurants, shops etc. The service and staff is very nice and there’s daily cleaning in the rooms. The bathroom is not great. The water pressure was very low, which made it difficult to shower properly. The beds are also very small and not that comfortable. There is a lot of noice - both from the highway and from other guests. The doors and windows are very thin.

Dejligt ophold
Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Rosen Inn. Værelserne var i gode størrelser og havde det vi behøvede - med undtagelse af en kogekedel. Dagligt blev der skiftet håndklæder og sengetøj. Vi fandt lidt ting på værelset efterladt af tidligere gæster, hvilket giver en idé om den egentlige gennemgang/rengøring af værelset. Vi benyttede os ikke af hotellets restaurant men det så hyggeligt ud. Dejligt med gratis transport til universal. Rigtig flot og grønt udendørsareal. Dejligt at der var en døgn vagt som sørgede for at det var de rigtige biler der kom ind på grunden. Poolen var fin, vi oplevede et par gange at der ikke var flere håndklæder ved poolen.

Fint hotel til prisen
Fint hotel til prisen, vær opmærksom på at der kan være en smule trafikstøj og larm fra svalegangen. Der er mange restauranter i området. Hotellet ligger tæt Universal.

I’ve stayed at other Rosens but this one was a disappointment. I was given the wrong room key and room number so ended up going to someone’s room and they were in it. The smell of the rooms is horrible, smells like cigarettes and chlorine. The buffet food was not edible - which it’s usually super yummy! And lastly the most concerning part was when i was in the lobby my second day there an exterminator for bugs came in and asks what rooms he needed to treat - which just made me so itchy…

The property was nice and easy to navigate, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The first issue was I had requested adjoining rooms when I booked the hotel, and when I arrived our room was set up for adjoining but my mom’s room was two rooms down. What was really terrible in the middle of the night at 4am the fire alarm went off for the entire building. Not once but twice, my kids woke up crying and we all had a horrible nights sleep, I assume from all the smoking going on by other guests. The hotel did not offer any explanation nor did they attempt to comp the nights stay for an awful night. The other issue is the other guests smoking, every time we would step outside all you could smell was marijuana and or cigarettes wafting very heavily outside the doors. All in all me and my family will not stay here again.

The hotel is lovely but the room was very dated and is in urgent need of a refurb. The toilet did not flush properly, the bath has a large brown stain in it and the bed nearest the wall needs replacing as it is extremely lumpy. The laundry room is excellent, well priced and machines very easy to use. The shop on site is also good, very well stocked.

Property was ok. Clean. Staff very friendly. It was the other guests smoking every where and not quite sure what they were smoking. Well, I do know, just stunk up the outside.

I have stayed here many times in my years vacationing in Orlando. This trip was completely different - first room smelled of urine. Moved to a second room & there were cockroaches in the room. Moved to a third room on the same day as check in - this room was adequate. We extended our stay unexpectedly and again cockroaches in the room - I will not be staying here again - complete disappointment in the facility

My family has stayed here on more than one occasion. I stayed here with my young teenage daughter and her best friend, we felt safe. There is a small store in the lobby in case you forget anything and a restaurant. There is also a Walgreens, McDonalds, and Perkins at the corner.
