It’s amazing that they charge so much for an accessible room but there is NOTHING comfortable in the room. They need a good upholstery company. Furniture is old & abused. We had to check out early because it was so uncomfortable. Never again!

Can walk to dinner or to Racetrac if you need to buy anything. Parking is ample and easy to enter either side of the hotel. Modern and very comfortable rooms.

The floorplan for each rooms is so convenient. We sleep in the bedroom and the first ones up move to the living room. The bathroom sink is outside the shower/potty so two people can get ready. There is water and tea availalbe and they serve cookies before dinner and USA today is available.

We have technology to destroy mold and mildew. I shouldn't feel sick the next day sleeping in the room that smells like mold/mildew. Typical for Florida but well...its Floriduh.

Queen beds instead of full is always a plus. Updated recently and had a pull out but didn’t use it. Bathroom floor appeared dirty but think it was paint spots on floor. Breakfast ok but cramped food line. Walls thin but neighbors not loud after 10

I loved the layout of the rooms. Having a living room and dining area with a small kitchen, the separate bedroom and the bathroom. That was a homey feeling that I love getting when staying at hotels. The one thing I didn’t like is the amount of dead bugs plus living bugs that were in my room that I had to constantly kill. There was also hair in my bed which was not mine, and hair on the second bed as well. The room was not the cleanest but the atmosphere was perfect.

The front desk staff were very nice. The property was well kept and the room I had which was a suite was very comfortable. Yhe House keeping and maintenance staff were not friendly nor spoke to me at least passing by in the hallways. Other than that it was a great stay.

Excelent location to visit our son who goes to UCF. Hotel is always clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is always well stocked and easy parking. There are plenty of options for dining with a short drive.

This hotel is incredible. The room was so well priced and fit 6 people so comfortably. It was the size of an apartment and fully updated. Will stay here again every single time

I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff has always been kind, responsive and the breakfast is fine especially if traveling with family. Plus, it's very conveniently located. That said, I realize that Hampton Inn is more of a budget hotel in the Hilton line, but as a Hilton hotel I just still expect it to be a bit cleaner. The beds were nicely made, but the rug didn't appear to have been vacuumed or at least not vacuumed well. The bathroom was NOT ok. There was a lot of hair, long ones wrapped around the shampoo/conditioner dispensers and pubic here in the tub and floors. Very gross. The sink stopper was stuck in the drain. Therefore, it was difficult to use sink since water would not drain properly. I would like to see them do better.

Stayed here due to its proximity to UCF. Very easy check in. Bathroom was clean and room was stocked as expected. The room otherwise wasn’t in condition I expect from Hilton properties. There was a very powerful smell such as from a recent paint job or cleaner. The carpet squares used in the room were laid in a very sloppy manner. Also please pay attention to your vending machines. If your little market place isn’t going to carry many beverages then can you at least make sure the vending options work? The first floor was sold out of everything. The second floor was not taking cards and I didn’t have any small bills to use cash.
