We knew it was under reno's so we expected some inconveniences. Jessica and one gentleman, front desk, were very helpful and polite. The other front desk staff were hit or miss. A few didn't appear to want to be there, and indifferent.
The lady at valet was very helpful and nice.
Pool facility was nice and clean. The pool bar was open the first couple of days but disappointed it was closed the rest of the time.
Food and service at the restaurant was really good. Cool environment ! Coffee shop was good, nice service and yummy treats.
Rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Pillows weren't comfortable, some old ones.
We gave it 3 overall because of front desk staff. It just lacked energy, especially for a Disney family hotel. Except Jessica and the male. We called ahead and were told that laundry services were available and packed based on ability to wash clothes. Very disheartening when the laundry room was empty.
Overall it was a nice stay, with potential once Reno's are done!
