Bit of a disappointment on multiple fronts; Firstly the day before we arrived I noticed a fare drop of $100 for our exact same room. I contacted Expedia who tried to get the hotel to respect the rate, but they claimed no one was there to do so, so upon arrival I asked them to lower the rate. Danja at the front desk was not very welcoming nor friendly which is a shame. She asked her manager Luca and he gave us a quick no without any real consideration. He could have easily offered us some cocktails or treats but chose to simply not do the right thing.
This hotel was once clearly a beauty but sadly is pretty rundown (broken windows, chipped paint, streaks on walls, exterior damage/not clean) and in need of some TLC. The location is great, parking a huge hassle, breakfast buffet pretty good.
