This property worked out well for us, and my family was generally happy with our stay there. The TVs in every room with Roku allowed us to utilize our various streaming services, and keep everyone entertained, and the location was an excellent fit for our local needs in San Leandro.
We were invited to utilize the garage for parkings, which was certainly appreciated. However, without a remote for the garage door opener, we often ended up just parking in front of the closed garage instead, and the garage was a bit cramped for our Tesla Model X anyway.
That said, there were a few surprises, and some relatively minor improvements that might be made. As far as cleanliness, it was acceptable, other than the sticky kitchen floors, and the paint cans that had been left blocking the stairs. Judging by the other reviews, I would assume this might have been an isolated incident of the previous guests making a mess, but this should have been remedied before the next guests arrive.
The property is also located directly next to train tracks, and the loud house-shaking trains were a bit of a disturbance throughout the nights, along with transients traveling along the tracks that could be heard.
The toilet in the master en-suite bathroom had a tendency to run loudly, requiring some extra attention to remedy after every use, to avoid running up the host's water bill. Of course, that is a relatively cheap and easy fix.
