The net curtains around the beds could be cleaned, the freezing part of the fridge could be defrosted and when you had a shower, the water leaked out.

The management and staff will bend over backwards to give you a comfortable stay, this hotel is close to Nusa Dua, Geger Beach and Ulawatu cliffs. The competition in the area are all around $500 per night luxury hotels. La Berceuse is nowhere near that and the Villas are spacious, with huge bathroom outdoor lounge area with tv, fridge, dining table and a private pool! Fantastic value for money even if not as polished as other hotels in the area. Very quiet area not on the beach side of the main road. If you don't feel like being ripped off just to be in the Nusa Dua area you have to try La Berceuse!

Damp, humid, uncomfortable place of stay
The room was so damp and humid, the bed especially made you feel like sleeping in a mould. There is not enough sunlight coming through the room, we think it is part of the explanation. The design seems to be faulty since the room felt so cramped, yet the guests feel so exposed to the passers by, we do not feel enough privacy. We left before our planned duration of stay since my infant got sick, we believe it is because of sleeping in the super damp and humid environment. The night of the day we left the hotel, we need to visit a hospital because our kid get really so sick from upper respiratory infection. So sorry to say, but our stay is really unpleasant, the worst part of our holiday.

Wonderful hidden gem in Nusa Dua
From my arrival to when I left this small resort was a joy to encounter. The staff could not have been more open and approachable, funny, friendly and talkative. All were such a pleasure to get to know, the level of hospitality was extremely high. I got to know two members of staff in particular, and they made my week in Nusa Dua (which was to attend a conference) very enjoyable and memorable. The hotel itself is lovely, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The only mishap was the in-room safe which did not function properly. Otherwise everything was as close to perfect as imaginable, from the Balinese in-room massage I received to the original recipes in the kitchen which resulted in well-cooked, gourmet meals in the restaurant. I would happily return!

The people here are amazing. They take such great care to make your visit a great one. Each time we needed something, they were willing and able to help. The breakfast is delicious too and the waiters and waitresses are so kind. We are thankful for their hospitality and making for a wonderful experience! Only one thing to note- since Covid, some things have changed. The beaches they shuttle you to are so beautiful and nice! However, the beach cabanas and chairs are no longer included for free but can be booked for a reasonable fee! Great stay!

Cute place, friendly staff
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It’s a smaller family vibe resort. Quiet and pretty. The first 2 days we didn’t have hot water but the manager Madi allowed us to use the bathtub in an other room which was great. The tub is amazing and so romantic. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is small but refreshing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is small, the juice they give you in gone in 3 sips and you can’t ask for more lol we only had dinner once and I spent the night in the bathroom. For the price, I wasn’t happy. We did get a free dessert for the inconvenience of not having hot water, which was a nice touch. And that fried banana dessert was amazing! They helped us rent a scooter but the third party definitely ripped us off. We paid less then half the price of the rental during our next stay. So I would not recommend renting a scooter. The room was fine, very small but the bathroom was big. The TV was fussy ( yes we watch movies in bed at night before bed to cuddle and relax) even on an island. The beds are hard but I have a spinal injury and I found it uncomfortable. Like most beds in Asia. The area is secluded, you absolutely need a scooter or you’ll spend to much on grab/taxi to get around. It’s quiet there which is nice, surrounded by high end 5* resorts. I’m not sure id go back, it was nice but I feel like the price is to high.

Laid back atmosphere Bali.
We had a wonderful time at La Berceuse. We stayed in one of the private villas and were so content there sometimes it was hard to want to leave. The free shuttle into Bali Collection and Mengiat Beach made it so much easier to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience!

Отель сам по себе хороший и тихий. На этом, пожалуй, все плюсы заканчиваются. Из минусов: отель ОЧЕНЬ! далеко от моря. пешком вы до дойдете, особенно вечером когда темно. Завтрак в отеле очень скромный. басссейн сложно назвать бассейном, скорее это большая ванна метров на 10. фитнеса нет. в отеле можно только спать, больше делать реально, нечего.

Beautiful villa with good size of swimming pool. The property reminds of modern french style. We absolutely love the setting but one downside is that the floor is quite slippery when it’s wet so be cautious if you have kids.

Hôtel fabuleux
Tout était superbe et pour avoir fait différents hôtels en Asie ou ailleurs. Celui-ci est de loin l'un de mes préférés, personnel serviable, chaleureux et accueillant, des chambres élégantes, conforts et propres. Nous avons eu 30minutes de massage offert (plus vous avez réservé un nombre de nuits, plus le massage est long). Cet un peu loin du centre à pied, du coup des navettes gratuites sont mises à disposition pour nous emmener et nous récupérer. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux et délicieux. Nous avons passé 3superbes jours.

Great private retreat
We loved this villa, the pool area and the restaurant was lovely. Service is great - we had a monkey visit us on the verandah - be careful not to leave anything out! Service was fantastic - couldn't do enough for us. Its a little out of the way though they have a shuttle bus to take you to the beach, the town centre and shopping complex. - would recommend as it is not as fast paced as other places.

Friendly Hotel off the beaten path
Overall we had a nice stay here, though it was in a slightly rural area so I would recommend for couples wanting to get away. They were very sweet to decorate the room for us beautifully upon our arrival though it did mean pushing check in by 30-45 mins, which we waited for them to lay petals on the bed for the honeymoon. Given we arrived exhausted we would have probably preferred the room to be honest. The bottoms of the bed canopy fabric could use a cleaning and there are holes in them. Overall though, the value for the money was good and it’s to be expected. The staff were friendly as can be, thank you 🙏

広くはありませんが、綺麗でオシャレ。 お水は飲む用の他に洗面台にも一本ずつミネラルウォーターが置いてあり、水道水が気になる方も嬉しいと思います。 そして、シャンプーやコンディショナーといったアプリケーターの香りがとても良いです！欲しいくらい！！ ただ、お隣やヴィラの話し声や物音(扉を閉める音や椅子を引く音)がすごく響くので、神経質な方にはツライかもしれません。海外にいる感じがして個人的には好きでしたが。 Room is not big, but stylish and comfortable. Amenities are good (shampoo and shower gel smell so nice) . A little bit noisy because of neighbor’s sound.

のんびりできます。
あまり出歩かず、ゆっくり過ごすつもりでしたが、静かな時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフは親切です。ビーチとショッピングモールにシャトルが出てます。3,4時間過ごすには最適です。虫が多いので、虫除けと痒み止めを持参した方がよい。

5 Star Romantic Holiday
We stayed in a Villa with a private pool. It was fabulous. I can't fault anything except our 11 days wasn't long enough. The staff, food and place were all excellent. I highly recommend it for couples, business or families. Will look to stay again next time we go to Bali.

Nous avons sejourné 2 nuits a l’hotel dans une chambre. Vraiment bel endroit, un petit dejeuner a la carte, tout s’est bien passé. Les seuls bémols c’est que la chambre etait un peu petite, la terasse n’est pas vraiment separé de celle des voisins et que l’hotel est un peu excentré. L’hotel propose tout de meme nombreux service comme navettes gratuite pour le centre ou la plage, les transats gratuit sur la plage, location de velos etc. Je trouve que le rapprt qualité/prix est bon et recommanderai cet hotel!

Ruhiges Resort mit tollem Personal
Wir hatten 8 Übernachtungen im La Berceuse im Deluxe-Doppelzimmer. Das Resort liegt schön ruhig in den Hügeln von Nusa Dua abseits der Straße. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die Bali Collection und an den kostenfreien Strand. Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Größter Pluspunkt ist das super Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt und auch auf jeden Gast eingeht. Da meine Begleitung eine Gluten-Unverträglichkeit hat, wurden extra für sie glutenfreie Süßigkeiten zum Tee u.ä. zubereitet.

Lovely room with Balcony
This hotel was very clean, the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I left my phone charger in my room and they brought it to my new hotel which wasnt too far away. The shower leaked quite a lot across the bathroom floor apart from that I was well taken care of!

Ett självklart val!
Jag hade turen att fira min födelsedag på La Berceuse och oj vilken uppvaktning jag fick! Absolut bästa hotellet under min 2 veckors vistelse runtom Bali. Underbar personal, god mat i restaurangen, nära till de 2 bästa stränderna i Nusa Dua. Gratis transport från hotellet till såväl strand som shopping/restaurangområde.

We had a lovely time staying at La Berceuse, Nusa Dua. We found all Balinese people very friendly and helpful with excellent English. Perfect location for a quiet beach holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea with fresh donuts, biscuits and cake cooked Balinese style.

朝食ごとても美味しかった ホテルから近くのショッピングモールやビーチに2時間毎くらいに無料で送り迎えをしてくれるのでとても助かりました
