Lockbox is provided to access the property.

We can provide a travel cot (and bedding) and a highchair if required for a small charge of £30 upon request.

To keep our property in the best condition for all our lovely guests, we kindly ask -
No smoking inside pleases (outside in the garden is ok).
No pets, please.
Please maintain the property in good repair during your stay as you find it upon entry.
We also would ask things be kept on the quieter side between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on the weekend.

Please note, we take ID and signed T&Cs to help prevent fraud and maintain our home in great condition for all our lovely gueats. We also take a security deposit if you book via Booking.com, VRBO or Direct.
