Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Me and my daughter
Great location A bit difficult to find house, but once we knew where we were going no issues. Maybe describe coffee maker so visitors are prepared I brought K cups. My only knock was the service fee which was greater then our stay. My daughter and her babies were comfortable and enjoyed to deck..

Quiet but close to beaches and town
This is a comfortable little cabin tucked away from the road along with several other nearby cabins. Great Hollow Beach is a 0.7-mile walk down a quiet road. Good places to eat are also nearby, and Provincetown is less than a 15-minute drive away. The cabin was appointed with all that we needed for our weekend. It was clean but showing some wear (carpet and furniture). Towels (and beach towels) were plentiful and clean and nicely displayed on each bed. Bedsheets were cotton and were clean. Window air conditioning units in two of the three bedrooms were adequate to cool the entire cabin enough for our comfort. We would definitely return to this property.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to many parts of the Cape, right off Rt 6 but very peaceful area. Place was great, well supplied, clean, etc. The bathroom was a little small for 3 bedrooms but otherwise quite a nice place. A few communication glitches with Vacasa but they were generally responsive.

Very neat and clean house
Very neat and clean house in a wonderful cozy location and close to all restaurants, parks and the ocean. The house has everything you need for living away from home. My wife was especially pleased with the well equipped kitchen. The house can easily be rated for the 5 stars.

Truro house
Overall the property was a great place to stay. There was a playground adjacent to the house which was perfect for the kids. We could sit on the patio and watch them play! We arrived late at night and so finding the entrance was a little tricky, but once we got it, remembering an finding our turn was easy Great location to beaches, Sweet and Savory (yum!) and PTown. Host was extremely communicative. Overall a very good stay. We would return.

Family vacation
The property was clean, and the little kitchen very well supplied with everything needed for cooking. All appliances worked & it was very convenient to have a washer & drier. The porch is really nice & there's a gas grill on the side. Even an outdoor wood rack for drying bathing suits! The property was changed to a 3-BR rental over last winter with a maximum of 6 guests, which was wonderful as it enabled my son, his partner and grandson to come stay part of the time with me, my daughter and granddaughter, allowing us to have a real family vacation which made up for finding out well after making the reservation that the swimming pool was closed. The location is convenient, while hidden from roadside view. My granddaughter loved the little playground and made friends with other children staying there. My only real complaint is that we were there during a heat wave and the lack of ac made the inside temperature very uncomfortable. Yes, it said there was no ac in the listing! If the owner does any upgrading I would recommend adding it! Also one of the BRs needs a dresser, and the bathroom could use a floor shelf unit for us women to put bathroom supplies (I brought one from home). I would recommend staying here.

Great little house for a beach vacation
The house had pretty much all that we needed. Lots of games for kids and adults, great back porch. Nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer. House has fans not A/C which we knew ahead of time. House does not come w beach permit like others in the area do though so know you will need to buy a week pass or pay the day rate if you want drive. Walk to the beach was abt 12-15 mins w kids. Had a great time!
