C’est la troisième fois que nous y allions. D’habitude c’était super . Mais cette fois ci, non. Les femmes de ménages sont entré alors que mon conjoint était sous la douche. Le gars a l’accueil reniflait tellement que je comprenais rien. Il m’ont charger 75$ de plus pour mon chien quand les autres fois seulement 40$( ça fait juste un an pas 10 ans !) le lendemain la femme de chambre a cogné en insistant à 8:50 du matin pour savoir quand on partait pour faire le ménage ! Et pour conclure la fille au déjeuné avait très l’air bête et chialait après les clients qui voulaient des gaufres car il restait juste 40 min au déjeuner! Bref cette fois ci c’était vraiment assez médiocre!

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, and have a wonderful experience each time. I highly recommend! Clean hotel and excellent customer service.

The hotel does not take cash at all. It holds a $225 per room deposit. The rooms were not too clean and one of our rooms had ants.

Outside of the building part of your parking garage was chipping away and in my room wasn't clean properly. There was a water bottle under the bed with some pieces of paper and the desk was sticky.

My sink faucet was loose and wobbled. My shower did not drain at all. They charged me for parking but had no car so I had to remove that. Ice was only availble on level 6. Overall not too bad. Wish my plumbing was sorted out.

I recently stayed at this Hotel and unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and washroom fell below expectations. The carpets felt sticky, the tub was clogged, bathroom floor were dirty and an unpleasant smell emanated from the sink, likely due to drainage issues. As someone who values a comfortable and hygienic stay, I regret to say that this visit was far from memorable. Never Again !!!

This porperty needs a shuttle to and from airport .or not charge for parking where as guest can rent a car so there wont becany walking from and too train station

Average service, I have to wait for my rooms to check in. My room wasn’t clean after my first night. I stay for two nights, there was some painting work in our floor.

Check in was smooth and the property was well lit as well as maintained. We had a double bed and one of the beds was really squeaky. The bathtub was also not cleaned prior to our arrival, I could tell by the hair that was on the bathtub wall and in the bathtub. That was disappointing.

Bathroom sink in my room was loose almost broken. The fact that they wanted us to pay $20 a day for parking there was unbelievable I’ve never had to pay a hotel to park there if I’m getting a room. I had to park my car on the street where anything could have happened to it. I will never stay at that hotel again!
