Only drawback. Is construction underway in the area otherwise this a hidden gem. Super clean, I had a studio suite which met my needs. Studio is not very big but super functional and well thought out. I would definitely stay again.

Inside, it’s beautiful. Nice friendly staff. Clean hotel and rooms. Rooms are small so don’t expect a spacious area. They were able to accommodate our early check out as well. Great customer service! The neighborhood is not in the greatest of areas though. We were told 3 times not to go outside after dark.

Overall good stay at hotel. Clean room and next to metro for great connectivity to anywhere in New York . Very courteous staff and decent breakfast . Only downside is neighborhood which can be unsafe in night though several cops at metro station make you feel safe.

The staff and property are very good. The hotel itself very nice. It’s not in “the best” location. Good value for those that want to stay near NYC. You will have to pay for parking. Travel by subway, bus, or your own two legs is a must near NYC!

Room was clean but I had a hard time sleeping because of an annoying hum. Not sure where this was coming from. It sounded like a vacuum running from a different room. Not sure if my room was located near a mechanical room. Other than that place was nice and clean.

The staff was super accommodating. Brendan forgot his toothbrush. They hooked us up. Plus we were able to leave our luggage while we checked out the city. Thanks for a clean stay. The Restaurant had yummy food 😀😀

The front desk staff were really sweet. I left my phone at the front and they tracked me down to return it. The whole Expedia ce was easy. Our room was super cute.

I was charge $200 for a security deposit by mistake by the front desk worker ! I brought it to the hotels attention and they said it would be refunded! It hasn’t been refunded they lied !! What I was suppose to be charged was $100 cuz I only booked 1 night and stayed 1 night ! I was never refunded my $100 that was mistakenly charged to my card

Hi Dwayne, this is not true. All guests must leave a guarantee when entering the hotel and after check out it is released, of course it is not automatic and it takes a few days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank and if it was a credit card or debit it may take up to 10 business days. Please check your account again as your check out was on the 29th. We are sorry that you gave us a 1 in your review when we tried to help you and explain this to you.

The bathroom was so small i couldn't turn inside , room was so small , if i had seen it before i wouldn't have stay there.

nice hotel. very small, but that’s what you get in city. clean and nice staff. the room was super hot. we could not get the thermostat to go lower. 75 in our room all night

While quite nice in appearance, the room was extremely small. The bathroom door did not work while we were there, so my daughter and I had to shower without privacy… The staff was wonderful, and very helpful with directions to public transportation and some shopping that I was interested in. The downfall was definitely the area. It was a bit scary walking from the subway to the hotel after dark.

Don't let the area around the property keep you from staying here. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Rosa's At Park staff was wonderful too.

Room was dirty. Faces a garbage plant that operates all night long! Asked for a quiet room upon checking in as it was for a senior and placed right above the garbage plant. Was promised a credit at checkout for the dirty room and noise by hotel staff. Didn’t receive it, so called back and was told there was no notes on my file so they couldn’t honour it. Awful customer service. Was told we could have moved in the middle of the night (I had a child in my room and my 75 year old father in another). Moving rooms at 2am isn’t convenient- but that’s their solution.

Amazing place,quiet easy parking, friendly staff real person 24 hr @desk Free breakfast. Decided to book last minute traveling home (upstate ny)from work on the city Didn't make sense to leave city since i had to be back early and it was already late Great price 5star

We were supposed to have a 4 night stay. They said the hotel was dog friendly but made us uncomfortable having our 10lb dog there. We only stayed 1 night and were charged for 2 nights for checking out early.

We are sorry you felt uncomfortable. We are a pet friendly hotel and we love that you come with your pet, but we must make it clear that the pet cannot remain alone in the room if you are not in the hotel, it is for the safety of your pet as well.

I was shocked at how wonderful this hotel is. We visit family in the Bronx and we're worried about safety and cleanliness-- but this property is great! We will return!
