Kommer gerne igen, super beliggenhed.
Lille af en junior suite af være, men hel igennem fantastisk beliggenhed, en gang maling på loftet i badet ville ikke gøre noget. Rigtig fin lobby man træder ind i meget venlig og behagelig personale, kommer bestemt igen en anden gang

Central in city, good space in Rooms and pressure in shower Very Old, dirty close to filthy, low or no maintenance. Breakfast not existing a to go bag. 1 beverage. Service from luggage employees super, rest of employees not. Asked for toilet papers, stopped toilets etc. no service in 4 day stay. Car parking extremely expensive. 100$/night for XL car !! Not recommendable…… We’ll never be back as gold Members at Hotels.com

Elevator støj - Morgenmad To Go
Fik et værelse op af elevatoren og det var som at bo oven på en togstation, alle værelsenumre der slutter på 16, har elevatoren som nabo, undgå dem. Morgenmad er TO GO er eneste mulighed og indeholder, en kop kaffe, en croissant og et æble, det var ikke forventningen når man bestiller ophold incl. morgenmad.

Worst experience!!!
Terribel stay. The beds curved in the middle, lamps didn’t work, mould in the bathroom, room and entire hotel in really bad shape, really worn down. Very unpolite deskpersonel when we asked for another room. Not at all worth the money - do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

My stay wasn’t a bad one, though there were protesters outside ,saying the hotel is infested with bed bugs , fortunately I was fine , the ceiling in the room was moldy due to moisture from somewhere, the lobby area has limited seating and that’s where breakfast is served , it’s lounge chairs . I all the stay wasn’t bad, and I’d probably consider staying again

The room we booked looked absolutely nothing like the one they gave us. They said they didn’t have those rooms and we stayed at an old dirty room. It was very bad.

This hotel was JUST ok for a one-night stay because of its proximity to Radio City, which is why I booked it so I could attend a concert. I wouldn’t choose to stay here for any other reason though. I can’t speak for other rooms, but my room was gross, had peeling wallpaper, ants in the tub and stains on the bedding. The room had a very odd smell too. It just seemed outdated and dingy. I expected something just a little bit nicer for the price I paid.

Forgot to book a hotel and this was the only "affordable" hotel at the last minute. I realized quickly why. First off, the price I paid on Expedia was misleading because the hotel charges an additional $43/night resort fee and must be paid at check in bringing the stated $183/night up to nearly $300/night once all fees and taxes are added. In addition, there was a company outside protesting the hotel saying that they don't pay their workers (see sign). There are small annoyances like keys not working as soon as the morning of checkout (before checkout time), the vending machines eating your money, and there not being enough working outlets in the room. Also- the walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors. However, the bedroom was clean and if you need a low-cost roof over your head this is an ok option. Plus, the staff I encountered was all nice so that is why it is getting a second star.

This hotel should be shut down. Only 2 floors are remodeled the rest are worse than any cheap motel you can imagine. Stains all over the carpets, cheapest feel every spring mattress, outdated broke furniture. Never again. Stay away....stay far away

Hidden fees of $46 USD were paid for I have no idea what. They said it was for the hotel services but there were literally no services. The bathroom was gross and I felt dirtier after showering. Seriously needs a renovation. Insane that this place is making so much money and looks like what it looks like!

one night ,2 guest … room smelled like feet and mold one face cloth in bathroom. Called front desk several times no answer called and selected reservation and got someone they put me on hold to call front desk and they was unable to reach them as well phone just rings … connected me with a manager not at this hotel and the manager called as well no answer manager said she sent a email fax someone will call me in 24 hrs !!!!! Never ever again will I stay here

They are going through renovations and posted those updated pics on their website. The room we received wasn’t much bigger than a dorm room, was not at all what we saw, and had about a 10 inch clearance between one corner of the bed (with the metal bed frame sticking out) and a corner of the wall. It’s a high traffic area since it divides the room in two, so we had to walk by it every day and eventually my fiancé hit her shin on the bed frame pretty hard, left a fair bruise on her leg. The hallway smelled moldy, the shower liner didn’t feel secure underfoot, and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. I sunk all the way to the frame when I first sat on it, not exactly hotel-comfort. We were basically catfished, but our stay was only two nights and we were out and about during the day. The staff were attentive, and they provide steamers on request for your clothes, which was a nice touch. I bet if we had one of the renovated rooms, we’d have been much better off, or at least been given a heads up. This was straight up misrepresentation, and I will be following up with both Expedia and the hotel.
