Sweet Spot
We loved this place and would definitely recommend it. It lives up to the description and photos! The view is stunning day and night and it's 5 minutes from downtown. The kitchen was easy to cook in with everything we needed. We only gently heard faint footsteps upstairs and enjoyed being in someone's beautifully cared-for space. Only regret was not being there late enough in the season to see the gorgeous plantings come alive.

Beautiful property just outside of Nelson, but overlooking the lake and the city. It's a short 5-minute-ish drive to downtown but really only walkable for the adventurous. The Knox Hill property is beautiful and beautifully appointed. We stayed in the lower level apartment with an amazing view. It is warm and inviting and cozy for two. Would definitely recommend and revisit for our next trip to the area.

Wonderful stay!
Absolutely beautiful suite! Clean and comfortable. Beautiful decorative touches and grounds. The view of Nelson and the lake from your own private patio and from the windows is amazing! Hope to be back again one day. Host very nice.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Knox Hill Home in Nelson B.C. Canada! Immaculate care has been considered to provide the ultimate comfort experience! The property owner lives in the upper level of the home…he introduced himself to us and explained that he was a contractor that built the custom house. He was very pleasant to talk with giving us pointers on things to do while in Nelson B.C. This VRBO Rental Property tops our list as one of our favorite accommodations!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Mike & Corinne are perfect hosts. The accommodation was clean and quiet. Location just a few minutes from town was perfect and the views are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Spend some time in paradeis
Our three nights at Knox Hill were very pleasant. The location of the property and design of the unit is well thought out. Every detail is looked after lovingly. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The view from the unit and the front patio is marvelous.We highly recomment this vacation rental. You will love it!

What a beautiful spot, just a short 5 min drive to town, beautiful views from your front door. The accomodations was eveything we had hoped for. We would not look to stay anywhere else in Nelson if this place is available to us.

I really needed some quiet time and this property was beyond my expectations! It was heavenly! I wish I'd booked for longer. The space is immaculate, beautifully finished and furnished, has everything I could need, was so peaceful, lots of birds and trees around, and the views were breathtaking! There was complete privacy possible too which allowed me to more fully relax. This place is a dream :)

Peaceful and relaxing
My husband and I took our five month old baby on his first road trip. The view is stunning and it’s not a far drive to town. We enjoyed that it was a family environment above us. The host had grandma’s birthday party going on up above, and it made the feel very “homey”. We enjoyed our time! We will be back to Nelson.

Better Than The Photos!
Highly recommend. If I could give it 6 stars I would. This apartment with epic views is private, cozy, super comfortable, and highly functional. The kitchen is great with quality cookware and knives. The bed and bedding were perfect. The floors throughout are even heated. Corinne is a lovely host. Don’t hesitate - book it.

We happened to arrive at the time the owners were just about to head out. Lovely interaction with them started the stay off nicely. Then, you walk around to the backside of the house and see the view of the river and the city below. Simply amazing. So peaceful. The unit itself has all you need. We didn't hear the owners upstairs at all. Then again, we were outside sitting on "our" patio looking at the amazing views. Just the stay we needed. Thank you.

Absolutely the BEST
My husband and I spent two days at the VRBO. It is by far the best home we've stayed in the world. Corinne has everything you ever need to have a relaxing comfortable stay. Beautiful home, well set up, great location and so very comfortable. It was very hard to leave. Thanks to Corinne for opening her home to us. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful retreat with awesome view
My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay with Corrine and Mike in their very neat, clean, quite and quant retreat. Our early morning coffee on the patio was accompanied by the songs of many early birds and not to mention the awesome view looking down towards Nelson. Everything you need is in the suite to make your stay comfortable and complete…we loved our time there and Corrine and Mike are around if you have any questions. They are also great hosts and pay much attention and pride to their lovely home and garden. Thanks guys, Kevin and Jennifer

Amazing lakeside oasis with views
This home exceeded my expectations with the cleanliness and comfort of the space and of course the spectacular views. It is in an excellent location with just a short drive to downtown Nelson. It was also equipped with all the “extra” essentials such as coffee, tea, spices, toiletries etc. What a lovely place to stay and I would be very happy to stay here again in the future!
