Beautiful property. Fine location. Good value. Poor personal communication. Check in was fine, person understood our request for a top floor. Nothing available immediately advised would call when ready.
Notified room ready, collected keys from concierge..proceeded to room on third floor vs top floor room request. Front desk advised none available ( in a resort of aprox 1000 rooms). Loud footsteps overhead for balance of stay. Upon entering
discovered red wine stain on duvet, requested replacement or acknowledgment so as not to be charged for possible damage..addressed by maintenance person who stated " he did not get paid for changing bedding but would advise housekeeping " at last observed, duvet replacement was still on dining room table.
There appeasr to be a slight disconnect from Wyndom philosophy re customer service objectives and staff delivery.
