Perfect stay
Everything was perfect. The location was in the middle of the city in a safe neighbourhood. Staff was both friendly and very helpfull. The room was big and spacious, clean and very pleasant.

Very nice, central apartment in Napoli
Very nice and beautiful rooms. Close to harbour, metro station and very central. Windows are not towards the very noisy Piazza Bovio, so it was also a relatively quiet place. Excellent and good English speaking hostess. Very nice breakfast. All in all, highly recommendable

En Perle i centrum af Napoli
Man skal ikke lade sig snyde når man står på Piazza Bovio, og går igennem den store træ port. Oppe på 3 sal ligge dette lille familie ejet boutique hotel, der levede op til alle vores forventninger, vi var en familie på 4 og og havde bookede 2 værelser Sofia og Mediterraneo, hvor vi havde vores egen indgang, begge rum havde balkon og eget badeværelse, alt var stort set nyt og top moderne. Selve hotellet har 4 værelser i alt. Dagen inden vores ankomst blev vi ringet op af hotelejeren som ønskede os velkommen og spurgte til vores indchecknings tid, vi blev mødt med velkomstdrink og information om stedet og en lille velkomstgave som symbolisere Napoli. Fantastisk morgenmad, der var alt hvad hjertet begærede. Hotellet ligger centralt, tæt på metro, caféer, supermarked, frisør og meget mere Skulle jeg sætter finger på noget, skulle det være at elevatoren ikke virker, når kontore og bureauer som også befinder sig i samme bygning lukker, tror jeg at der bliver slukket for elevatoren, men det var ikke noget der påvirkede vores ophold, vil helt klart komme igen :)

Family of 4
We looked for a hotel or B&B that could accomodate a family of 4 without having different rooms. NAP luxury guest house had a suite that comprises of 2 seperate rooms with a communal corridor all having its own keycard access. It's their Suite and the two rooms are Sophia and Mediterranea. Fantastic accomodation for families allowing parents their own space as well as kids. Allesandria was great throughout our stay and even organised to split the bed in Sophia into twins which i didnt know was possible at the time of booking. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to families.

Great place to stay in Napoli
We had an amazing stay. It is well located, very comfortable, clean, with all that you need at your disposal. Very big room and great air conditioning; comfortable bed and big bathroom. Alessandra was a wonderful and very friendly host. Felt safe.

Like staying in a private hotel!
A luxurious and spacious small and cozy guesthouse right in the middle of town but away from the chaos. The location makes you feel like a ‘local’. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor of a historical and very central building. No need for a car in downtown Naples as everywher can be reached on foot, by taxi or underground train. The guesthouse in very clean and modern, but not too much. We booked the suite for the four of us, my wife and I had a room with large on-suite (Sofia) and the two children shared the other room (Mediterraneo), with a bathroom in the private corridor. The guesthouse is not manned all day so you need to arrive within given times but then you are given the keys to the room, to the front door of the guesthouse and of the condominium main doors to access the building. The manager of the guesthouse was there to help us unload the car on arrival, and was fantastic throughout our stay, very polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was at the guesthouse for breakfast and during the day for check-outs and arrivals. The rooms both had modern TVs, connected to the web, the bathrooms were well stocked, clean and tidy with an elegant feel to them, All in all a fantastic New Years Eve stay over 3 nights, with the hotel really helping to make the trip enjoyable and comfortable. We will have to return! Thank you so very much!

Our family really enjoyed our stay st NAP Luxury Guest House. The Suite is so spacious, clean and well furnished. The location is great which is near one of the stops of the bus sightseeing tours. It's also safe with a key to enter the property. Nico gave us a warm.welcome and gave us information about Naples such as restaurants. He prepared a very good spread of breakfast every morning. He also arranged the taxi for us for the airport. Highlr recommend this place.

Lovely oasis in the heart of Naples
We felt very well cared for here. The small size meant a very personal experience. The room was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Service was wonderful. Central location to walk most places and a metro stop right there for access to the train station.

This place is in walking distance from ferries ! And the staff was so gracious! Helped w out dinners, Walks to main areas, and cabs in the morning to the airport! They even gave us breakfast to go! Outstanding Service and Prime location
This is a small boutique hotel (4 rooms) but dont let that discourage you. Nicolo gave us a very personalized service. Even helped my husband apply for a Tessera card to watch a futbol game. Nicolo even left coffee maker programmed for our early check out (5am) and packed some croissants. He arranged taxi service to take us to the train station. He went above and beyond. When checking in make sure you look for Nap Luxury Guest House # and dial so they can open for you. Once you get in Go straight to elevator and go to the 3rd floor. After check in - you are given keys.

This place is modern and is well located with easy access to restaurants and other attractions. It has all the amenities one needs while traveling. Niccolo was very helpful with breakfast and booking out taxis etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Nap Luxury Guesthouse was wonderful. We stayed in the Lemon room which was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Breakfast was delish and filling (it’s international breakfast style). Our hostess Alexandra was very helpful and friendly. Glad we stayed here during our trip to Naples - which has awesome seafood food!

Excellent Stay
Our stay was wonderful! Nicoló and Allesandra were key to making our stay so much better. They were extremely attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed including rides to and from the airport, taxi rides and information about the easiest and cheapest was to get from A to B. The room was spacious and clean and the AC was perfect.

Our host was amazing and unbelievably helpful, the suite was amazing and super clean - the beds were the most comfortable we slept in in the whole two weeks we traveled through Italy. Very modern only thing is you can't have one person go out and one stay in as the room card keeps the lights on but it was a minor thing and the amenities and wonderful host more than compensated - thank you Nicolo.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Naples. Very convenient to the port and historic and scenic areas as well as restaurants and transportation. We had the family suite and it was perfect, clean and spacious!

The rooms are spacious. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast is great.
