Slidt. Havde bestilt suite, så min veninde og jeg kunne have hvert sit soverum. Sovesofaen var en topmadras. Det var ikke helt, hvad vi havde forventet! Tip: når man går til og fra centrum, så gå ud via restauranten på hotellets 0 etage. Vejen er noget pænere end den man kan tage via receptionen.

Nice enough
Overall a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Close to airport and highway, which it good if you have a car and want to go on road trips. Far from the city center itself and a long walk to the train station. Wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children. No crib available, restaurant doesn’t open until 7.30 pm, and absolute nothing to see or do in the area around the hotel. Booked the room 6 months in advance and asked for connected rooms. Reception said it wasn’t possible when we got there, which was very disappointing, especially since one of the rooms then turned out to be connected to another room. Nice enough stay, but wouldn’t stay here again.

I would like to highlight that our hotel is family oriented: kids are always welcome (for example our younger guests of up until 12 years of age can have lunch or dinner free of charge together with paying adults ) I can only suppose you requested communicating rooms when you booked on the Expedia website but we did not receive tha information of your preferences. Dejligt og komfortabelt hotel nær hovedbanegården
Vi havde et super dejligt ophold. Hotellet var i fin stand, morgenmaden perfekt og der var helt sikkert noget for enhver smag. Vi havde et dejligt stort værelse. Personalet meget hjælpsomme - da vi ankom synes vi ikke omgivelserne umiddelbart så så indbydende ud, men sådan er Napoli. En fantastisk by som aldrig sover. Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage hertil og til hotellet.

Stort fint hotelværelse og god beliggenhed
Et fint hotel til prisen. Kørte dertil i bil og kunne godt lide deres parkeringskælder, med tilhørende parkeringsservice, som kørte bilen ud til mig hver morgen, når jeg skulle på sightseeing. Sådan en service har jeg ikke prøvet før. Hotellet lå perfekt placeret i forhold til de vigtigste seværdigheder, som f.eks. Vesuv og Pompei. Derudover var morgenmaden god med et stort udvalg, og det var muligt at sidde udenfor. Eneste minus var at badeværelset på hotelværelset trænger til renovering. Det var slidt.

Lever ikke op til 4-stjernet hotel
Vi ankom trætte om aftenen efter besøg i det fantastiske Pompeji. Vi havde to trætte børn. Kæmpe kinesisk gruppe var lige ankommet, så det indtjekning to 2 timer. Det var iskoldt på værelset, og varmen virkede ikke. Toilettet kunne heller ikke skylles, først efter en del gange. Ved morgen buffet manglede der bacon, trods de sagde det kom. Efter halv time opgav vi.

Great hotel but bad area
The hotel was great and service very nice. However, the surrounding area is very poor with empty buildings and I would not like to go around in the area by night.

Regarding the location, I know that it does not seem to be as attractive as some areas of the center, but this is a very convenient location, close to the railway station and to the airport, and then, with our complimentary shuttle service, it is easy to reach the city center in a few minutes. Moreover during the day, the Business District offers the opportunity to go shopping and choose from a wide variety of places to eat pizza, while at sunset it becomes the ideal place for jogging. Delighted to have stayed here. Quick and early checkin to a premium room at a great value. A pearl of a hotel in an industrial sea. This was the best designed and equipped hotel I stayed in 5 cities in Italy. Very pleasant dining and bar room and terrace. 10 minutes to airport or center plaza.

The hotel is not located in an area you can walk. The AC in my room did not work well, the room was not as cool as the hall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car service the hotel uses to pick me up and return me to the airport was excellent.

The Holiday Inn in Naples is a beautiful hotel. The staff (particularly Rosa and Coro) were very good. Rosa upgraded us to a room on one of the renovated floors, which was lovely. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was prompt to order us a taxi both into the city centre of Naples and to the airport. The only shortfall of this hotel is that the surrounding area is depressed/run down, which is no fault of the hotel. We chose not to walk around the area of the hotel and opted to order taxis, but we still felt safe overall. Very good spot if you are looking to stay in Napoli.

The area around the hotel seemed very run down and unsafe. The Hotel it self was ok could have been cleaner, the rug in the room needed cleaned and the mattress was very lumpy and had a very bad sleep.

The hotel is good for a one night stay but the area where is located is far from everything . The taxi from the airport even if is considered near airport charged us 26 euros. The hotel should have shuttle to the airport. There is a shopping nearby but everything was closed.

The tub had stains and rust marks. It did not drain well. The windows were so dirty visibility was hampered. The staff was friendly and upbeat.

The room was ok and the bed was comfortable, however instead of carpet it had a wooden floor which could have done with a good brush. Not very comfortable to walk on in the mornings after stepping out of bed. I was not impressed with the continental breakfast and only had it one morning out of 5. A very poor selection. I’ve seen better. Very convenient to the International airport, just 4 miles. Gianturco train station for Pompeii is only a 15 minute walk.

We had 2 different nights booked. Our room for the first stay was excellent, clean , updated. The second room we stayed in was very disappointing as the bathroom was quite dated, old bathtub and shower head sprayed all over.

Very convenient for early flight to airport. Good dining options available that allowed avoidance of Naples’ neighborhoods near the airport. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they were sufficient. A bit pricey but the best of limited acceptable choices.

This was a wonderful property to stay at before our flight the next morning! Check in was easy, the rooms were comfortable, my daughter used the gym and said it was great. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and there is a wonderful restaurant across the courtyard as well. Calling a taxi from the front desk was easy and they were able to get a taxi van for all our luggage. This was perfect for us!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and super friendly! Giuseppe and Eleanora in particular. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The food was delicious and all of the hotel was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Dont be put off by the surroundings!!

They don’t have shuttle to Train station which is just 2-3 miles only and outside the area is not very good. So don’t think of outside walking around.
