Very nice and spacious
We had a very nice 2 night stay at Charter Club. The rooms are very (!) spacious and there is everything you need incl washer and dryer. The pool area is very nice and clean and the service level at reception very good. The hotel is well located in walking distance, right between 5th and Old Naples. The only small but is that the beds are a bit to the soft side - but that is a minor :-)

Super godt.
Rigtig fint. God stor og godt indrettet lejlighed med alt. Vi var der kun en nat, men kunne sagtens have taget flere.

Fint ophold - lejligheder med god plads.
Super fine lejligheder - med god plads til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Gode altaner med fluenet, så du kan nyde frisk luft og vejret uden dyr i lejligheden Det var lidt træls at ende i lejlighederne 9-10-11 da de på ingen måde har havudsigt som de øvrige huse har. Det var rent og pænt, fint møbleret + god service ved både tjekind og ud.

Running 90% occupancy year round does make it tricky to give everyone that perfect view of the bay. Godt sted til afslapning
Det er et udmærket sted til flere overnatninger. Store dejlige rum og altan hvor en del af dem har udsigt ud mod bugten. Ligger i perfekt gå afstan til “hoved gaden” med alle restauranter og butikker Isias som tog mod os i resorption er fantastisk med en god humor og meget hjælpsom på alle punkter eneste minus er den sene indtjekning og der er en lufthavn nær ved så der er lidt larm i dag og aften timerne

Fantastisk sted! Stor lejlighed med masser af plads. Fint område med Naples Fjord. Eneste negative var, at man krævede 14 Dollars pr dag ekstra i fee, udover den pris vi allerede have betalt. Ikke god stil!

THE best place to stay with a family. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms, screened in porch overlooking the backyard and boat ramp. Oh yes, a full kitchen for those forced to cook! Close to numerous dining facilities, free bicycle rentals, beautiful pool and great tiki bar. What more can you ask!

This property is right on the water and has it's own dock and pier! Free bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff is super friendly and helpful, espically Jorge! He was as good as it gets! Thanks, Jorge! You went out of your way to make us feel welcome!

Amazing resort, just expect to spend an awful lot
We arrived literally during a tornado warning from hurricane Idalia and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Luckily enough, the bad weather went by quckly and we had an amazing time. The resort is gorgeous, it's small and compact and the pool area is lovely. For Naples, it's surprisingly wallet friendly as well.. The apartment is huge, and can easily accommodate 3-4 adults. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is lovely and totally screened. Naples was extremely quiet post Idalia so it's hard to judge the surroundings; you definitely need to have deep pockets to survive in Naples though, it's an eye wateringly expensive place but very beautiful.

The first room the doors in the baron of vanity bathroom was broke,in the kitchen no dishwasher and small bucket lick. I was back to front Desk and desckler change my room. In the new room the A/C was not working,at , I call back to from desk but no body answer the phone. At the end I collect another hotel and rented another room in order to sleep with my family.

We sincerely apologize that you did not have a great experience as we strive to exceed our guest expectations on every visit. Upon further investigation, the front desk was working on outdated information and those Units show not have been rented out as they were down for maintenance.

The place had no restraurant. Checkout was 10:00. I never have had such an early checkout. They would not even add another hour. Office hours were 9-6. Ridiculous. Power in the bathroom did not work and no one to call. Their advertisement was deceptive.You would think this was a hotel instead of an air bnb They don’t even rate a one Star This place rents out tenant units. Most of the reviews were probably by the unit owners that is why the rating looks high. Their prices were high. You have to clean up the place before you leave. We will never go back there. Hope you don’t go there. This was the worst hotel I mean air bnb. This place ruined our vacation. If you want a nice vacation, add a good hotel get a real Hotel. I was ripped off by a high price, and I don’t like to be ripped off. Please find a real hotel not this terrible hotel. Terrible service terrible hours that you have to check out no breakfast no nothing but a high price.

It seems that you were of victim of misleading information, because most of what you said is simply not true.While we wish we could give everyone a later check-out, this is not possible with our large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units with fully equipped kitchens. And While we do have verbiage on all our official partner websites posting our front desk hours, this is something a few people miss as well.If you compare 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Units in our area designed for up to 6 people like ours you will quickly see our prices are a steal. No where on any of our official partner sites does it say we have a restaurant or free breakfast. You mentioned AirBnb, we have no official affiliation with that company, if you booked through there the misleading information you received was coming from the person you paid directly, who acted as a middle sales man and they booked on your behalf at the charter club.We would also never ask our guest to clean up before they leave.

Great Service. Jorge( the manager) always makes it a welcoming experience. This was our 5th year and will be coming back. The rooms could use some updates, but overall a good experience

Everything was perfect. Place is roomy with having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Location, location, location
Office manager Jorge was great. We received text with updates and options for things during our stay. We visited the office daily whether to get the bikes, rent movies, or use the pool area. It was a quiet complex. Great stay.

Perfect stay to relax
Nice property, fair price on a great location. Hotel allows free use of bikes, which is a necessity in this 'residence only parking' area. Close to 5th Street. Unfortunately lots of private jets fly over this hotel.

Location, Location, Location it was right downtown Naples but also walking distance to the beach. The room was specious for our family of 5 and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we decided to stay in and cook. The staff was great with accommodating all our requests. The only draw back was there was no outside food/drinks allowed by the pool and the bar was only open every other day due to staffing issues. When it was opened it was fine, reasonable priced and had good food.

Nice location,nice tooms. Definately not gor handicapped or elderly. 3 levels, no elevators. Long up hill steps to even get to 1st level. Nice tile shower but poor shower head.
