Quirky and very comfortable
Great quality of breakfast supplied. Interesting decor. Warm and comfortable Only downside is that the kitchen as advertised no longer has a means of cooking food except a microwave and an egg boiler. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Napier visit
We are enormously grateful to Mario for allowing us to stay at his wonderful property. The location is fantastic. The house is beautifully decorated and full of interesting pictures, objects and ornaments. These create a welcoming and interesting atmosphere. Mario generously provided more provisions than he needed and this made it very easy to settle into the property. Thank you

Listing not accurate
The listing stated that all items for cooked breakfast would be supplied, this was not the case and this was the main reason we booked here. When we questioned the house owner his reply was very rude stating the ad is very old and we could go find another place if we wanted. This of course was not possible at such late notice.

Not my market, lower end backpackers type. Would not host this lot again......

Colourful
An old character house, quirky decor, lovely views, tricky shower, lots of lights, wonderful deck, very steep access steps with car park at the bottom. Glad it wasn't raining.Friendly owner/host.

Beautiful location and views
This was a beautiful property with stunning views. It was minutes walk away from a lookout point as well. This clearly has been a project of love and we loved it!
