I Think the header says it all. At the time of staying there were some major construction work going on outside. Not the hotels work, but city doing a supposedly bikelane alongside the Mekong river. (5am to 20pm, heavy machinery) The area is mostly visited by Thais and Vietnamese tourists, which makes it hard to communicate, all though everyone tried their best. But ok hotel and an astonishing view over the Mekong river from the room balcony.
