The most filthiest hotel ever!!! I had a late checking and it was so disgusted I when back to the front desk and asked for a refund. They told me that I will only be charged for one night instead of the two nights I booked.

S workers live here. Rooms are old and outdated. You will be taking a shower in a backed up dirty tub. If you call the front desk and don’t get an answer, then it’s probably them turning down the volume to avoid working. Not a place for families as there is perverts all over the place walking around at all hours of the night!

Please bring your own tools! Old appliances. Just about every drawer broke off from being old. Tub never drained. Toilet leaks. I fixed all of this and was never paid. Seems like they purposefully leave the disposal drain plug on making your dishwasher to flood.

For the price this place should be nicer. Old pans. One spoon, one fork, one plate. Thin stained towels. Hallways smell of dog poop. Tub always floods. Seems like there is a party every night. I could never reach front desk.

Manager is mad because i exposed his fraudulent ways! He turns down the ringer volume so no one can call. Over books and charges peoples cards! I have asked several times to add my stays to my account. management will lie straight to your face. I left on my terms and charged you for the maintenance that I had to do while living there. Management gets mad that I write bad reviews, BUT it is all FACTS! Plumbing is horrible!! Toilets leak. Shower pressure is weak. Every room has major problems! I feel like I can give an accurate review as I been there for months and been in almost every room. We left because i started to feel sick because of the smell and plumbing issues. The water was actually BROWN! I suspect covert cameras so watch out! They watch your every move and will purposely wait for you to go to work to enter your room for a maintenance call! I fixed the plumbing in every room I stayed in and that was for almost 5 months! Sam has yet to pay me for my service! I have 5 months of reviews to give you…stay tuned slim

Horrible! Every room has a problem! Bring your tool bag because you will need it. Replace your own old dirty shower curtains. Look closely at your sheets as you will be shocked. Management is fake! You will think they are nice the first time, but they will show their true colors eventually. This is facts! And u know it is Sam!

Plumbing is horrible. Old dated appliances. Semi working small tv. Thin stained sheets and towels. 2 forks, 1 spoon, old pans that will burn ur food unevenly. Disposal that was not installed properly. For the price this place should be nicer. No working phones in rooms. Wi-Fi is weak!! Dog poop everywhere.

When I first stayed at this hotel, the staff made me and my fiancée feel welcomed. We checked out for almost two weeks and came back to this hotel because we had such an enjoyable experience. This time felt like the stay from HELL!!!!!!!!!! When we got there and checked in my fiancée and I went to inspect the room upon inspecting the room, she(fiancée) opened the microwave and the inside peace fell out and hit her in the head. So we went back to the front desk told what happened, no empathy was giving we were just switched to another room. Went to that room inspected it we said okay cool this one will work. So we bought our things in from the car. We was due to check out a few days later I went down and extended my reservation and we left out and went to work. I had been at work for a few hours and the CSR calls me and was like, Are you in your room? I responded and said no why is everything okay? He said yes but someone is coming to fix a maintenance issue so you have to switch rooms. Mind you I’ve only been at work a few hours. So I said give me an hour to two hours. He said ok. But I had to finish up and let my boss know I had to leave so before I got there this CSR calls me again and honestly at this point it’s HARASSMENT, because I told you I was coming. So when I get there I let them know I was there and to give me some time because of the inconvenience it will take me a few to get stuff packed up and moved. This place hires maintenance that live on property with their entire family. They are extremely nosy and speak little to no English. I wonder if background checks are done on employees. I caught the old maintenance guy staring at my wife’s ass as he acted like he had something to do right in front of my door. Boy was he surprised to see me standing there. If you call the front desk and they don’t answer, it’s probably Sam turning down the ringer volume! Sad but this is a fact!

Property has went down with the current management. They continue to house their maintenance staff and entire family, making rooms unavailable to needy families. This place has escorts and druggies walking around at all hours making it uncomfortable for a family setting. Every room I been in has a plumbing problem with the water starting off as BROWN!!!!

Considering the hotel is the last in a long line of better quality and experienced names, they should be the best at their price point. My room smelled of smoke and the perfumed cleaner to cover it; the heater didn't work; the bathroom sink and bathtub has hair that was not mine in it and it looked like it was a week since it was cleaned; there were cobwebs in the closet; holes in the wall; and the window screen was broken. Pride in their hospitality is seriously lacking.

I was on the first floor. This same group of people were talking as loud as they could outside my room. One of the cabinet doors was falling off as well as one of the handles on the drawer. The plates and glasses that were available in the room were scratched and dirty. I only stayed at this hotel because of the location of the event I was going to.

Housekeeping communication needs improvement. Example: I hand over my comforter to be cleaned and returned and I have to chase down house keeping to get it back.

Overall not bad but definitely needs improvement in the house keeping communication! I should not have to get an interpreter just for toilet paper and sheets. It’s always an argument when I ask for extra linen! I did pay for 3 people!!!!! I also noticed very bad plumbing in every unit I have been in. Maintenance is horrible! I discovered a new disposal that was installed but failed to remove the drain plug!

The furniture was in poor shape, the lighting was miserable, electric outlets didn't work, 1 of 2 lamps in the room didn't work and the other had about a 12 watt bulb. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Room was generally dirty, stains on wall, and picture across from bed. Vinyl floor had foot prints. Dog barking in next room all night. No remote for tv, no coffee maker and front desk didn’t seem to be bothered to remedy situation. Housekeeping came to door about an hour before check out to see if we were checking out then tapped in her watch a few times to move us along. Won’t return.

Room smelled like trash due to there was food in the garbage from previous people that stood in that room Then when I called front desk she simply told me to throw it away myself, there was no hot water they didn’t bother to call and say they are fixing the issue they never fixed the issue of no hot water next morning still no hot water they acted like they did not care couldn’t shower with warm water meanwhile is winter ! Sheets had stains just over all horrible hotel
