This hotel is completely not good . They domt have good food the real jamaica. Jerk chicken , plus the room is very old , have bed bugs . And no iron to iron clothes . Its really hot Ac not working , hot water not working . Never will i put my foot at this place again . Worst hotel ever !! The staff is rude , the hotel room is dirtyyy .. the bathroom not clean .the picture they show online its not what i see in person . Complete scam !

I was expecting similar service as when I went to Cabo’s San Lucas Mexico. In other words it was the complete opposite. We arrived earlier from the United States and we couldn’t check in till 3pm. I place to be in King size bedroom but instead I received a two full beds for me and my partner. Food was lackluster, one day my partner and I were out on excursions. We came back in the evening and our door was left open. Immediately went to the front desk and they said they will be on top of it! The facility is a little obslete. The resort doesn’t even have a shuttle to the airport. You must bring cash to pay for a taxi.

I was trying to check out the same day but no one knowa how to tell me how to get a refund i actually stayed somewhere else because no visitor allowed and if you have bring something to a car you load on the street side cars cannot come in no elevator suitecase wheels broke and room is upstairs lobby no air conditioner i would love a refund credit

My vacation began very poor when I checked in my room I was a sign had mold .i was given a different room the same day by a wonderful manager on duty at the front desk . But the ac never worked I had to buy a fan the next day. My housekeeper was very excellent for the two days she cleaned my room. Until the next day she was off someone else cleaned my room an stole one pair of my shoe. Packing my luggage to leave I realized it was missing.I reported it but very little interest was shown to even investigate who cleaned the room . I’m a returning resident an I’m so disappointed at what happened to me an my wife. I want to send appreciation to Stephanie from breakfast dining room she made our vocation her service a knowledge was exceptional,the food was great my wife loved the fresh omelette . Overall the property has a great view a some good amenities but poorly maintained. I seriously wished I was asked for something rather than been stolen from. I recommend this property but be very cautious with your personal properties when you leave things in your room

Property is run down and in desperate need of repairs. Checked in one room and it has visible mold in the bathroom and there were no towels. Called front fed at 3pm to inform them and no one ever showed up. Went to the front desk only to be told that there was nothing they could do but report it. Next day went back to the front desk to find out it was never reported. They then offered to change out the room but we would have to wait until 3pm before one would be available. Went back at 3pm was given a new room. Entered the room there were no towels, no pillow cases on the pillow, no remote for the TV and no iron. The issues for the exception of the tv remote were corrected. On day three had to return to the front desk again because the remote they left in the room did not work. There were issues 3 of the 4 days of my stay. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. The GM and guest service manager did bring a fruit plate and champagne to the room as a sorry for the inconvenience and it was appreciated, however they will never get my business, as they say first impressions are the last.

I liked that we could use both Cornwall and Montego Beach resort during our stay. Lots of access to beaches and dining, plus coffee and gym were great! So good that we didn’t leave the resort once! Beautiful location, super close to the airport, lovely sunsets, coffee is delicious and the gym had everything we needed to keep fit. Food tasted great, even though I ate like a queen, I felt like I was more in shape during my trip than usual. But that’s because the quality of the food was amazing, I wasn’t stressed and I stayed consistent with my fitness. I would definitely go back. And recommend to friends and family. Only thing I noticed is the staff doesn’t really seem to have much urgency. I’ve been to Jamaica before but a different resort and it was a contrast. Not speaking on allllll the staff but majority seemed to be on their own time and schedule. Water wasn’t refilled daily in our room but they got us extra pillows when we asked for them which was nice :)

Let me start off by saying. We love this resort. Its affordable and the staff is great. Unfortunately this time we went the alcohol selection was very small and bottom shelf. We actually went across the street and bought our own to drink at pool bar. The buffet was also just so so. A day or two they actually had a dish or 2 that was good. The last time we went buffet was great so maybe just a bad week.

Beautiful grounds and beach.Furniture outdated but seen some being replaced.Food selection repetitive,carbs a plenty.Jerk chicken magnificent. Outdated, they manually check guest in on paper, still using keys to your room and safe anyone can easily make copies. My room has outdated furniture with dents and scratches, the sliding door to the patio has missing handles and was very difficult to open. The bathroom has no toilet paper holder, no bathroom rugs to step on when getting out the shower, missing shower curtain rings, no cooler in the room with one bottle of room temperature water for two guest. Tile floor throughout the bedroom with no rugs when getting out the bed. Running out of food at the beach snack shack, stayed four nights and was not able to get what I wanted at the snack shack. At breakfast, lunch and dinner you have to stand in line to give your room number every time you eat which they also manually write down on a piece of paper. Checking out was the time because I’m leaving, they also have to go through a list of papers to find your name to check you out. I would not recommend that place to anyone or would I consider going back!!!

Rooms very clean and spacious the pictures don’t do the size of the rooms justice. Get garden view suites huge. Sauna wasn’t working while I was present and they were just hit by a hurricane the week before so some of the facilities and beaches were affected. Over all stay pretty good.

All rooms have a spectacular view of the Caribbean. There are a couple stretches of beautiful beach on the property. Trivia, bingo, and other games at the pool were fun. The buffet had an adequate selection of Jamaican dishes, fruit, and desserts. The nightly entertainment varied from singers and dancers to a magician.

1 staff out 3 was pleasant and courteous. The staff working at the front desk were the worst. Very rude, unwilling to help. It’s like they don't like working there. the staff at the bar and restaurants were nice and professional. overal if i was visiting Montego bay again. i would never book my stay at the Royal decameron again. or recommend them to a friend

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Ants crawling out the side and bath tub, not just a few but, a whole army crawling up/ out the sink. The place is run down, out dated, rusty and needs a good paint job. The staff was overall pretty nice, management admitted to the changing of the room, wouldn’t make a difference because, they’re all the same!! Sad!! The bar staff was very respectful, kind and made our stay entertaining, by telling jokes. The place overall, is very boring compared to other places. Honestly, Jamaica is a beautiful island so, we just sat and looked out in the ocean, enjoyed the beach and other guests by making conversation, mostly about never staying there again. Everyone agreed. The near by property is much better, thankfully so, we walked over a few times and was granted access to dine and enjoy their cafe. Geez, couldn’t believe we stuck it out. Highly recommend NOT booking this location. 2star disappointment

I enjoyed my time there. The staff were amazing!! The property was clean and i enjoyed the live evening entertainment. The only complaint i have is the food good be better. The food at their restaurant was very good. There was a large variety of food choices but the food lacked taste at times.

The property was dated but clean. The staff were very friendly. The food was amazing. The biggest problem was getting towels and toilet paper. They seemed to have a shortage of these basic things and not put them in the room when the room was cleaned. When I asked the front desk for them I had to wait until the next day when room service came in the late afternoon. This created a lot of problems.

We had to book with another property because after 6 hours of waiting they still didn’t not have a room for us. In those 6 hours we decided to go eat and drink but that didn’t happen either. It was supposed to be all inclusive but the buffet barely had food and there was hardly ever a bartender at any of the bars. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. EXTREMELY inconvenient and an overall terrible experience. Don’t be fooled like I was.
