Dear Min,I am truly sorry that your stay did not go well. the month of May is a very busy month in Moab, and I can see that our hotel has been close to sold out each night which makes it nearly impossibly to move guests. I know that the manger cares deeply about providing the best experience for our guests and so I am glad that you were able to find another accommodation since we did not have another room. We appreciate your business and wish you safety in your travels.
