We're so glad to hear that you felt that The Small Easy is in a convenient, lovely setting and that the home was comfortable and ample in size. ==== However, when you did not vacate the property by 11:00 am, our dear cleaning lady had to sit in the hot parking lot waiting for you to leave. Her whole schedule for the day and that of her subsequent clients had to be revamped, and I felt bad for her experience of unnecessary stress. ==== About the kitchen: There are place settings for16, several large platters and large serving bowls. As of May, 2021 we had pots and pans ranging from huge crab pots down to small sauce pans. Perhaps you could email me through VRBO concerning specifics about what pans and serving items you missed, in order that I can make sure to provide them for future guests. We cook all of our meals for our 8 family members and friends who visit for dinner, and have not run into this problem. Your input would be useful.===== As for the linens, I must say that we are transparent about the need to bring your own sheets and towels. Including linens would substantially raise guest's daily rate for staying at our vacation home. In addition, many guests have told us that they prefer to sleep on their own sheets and use their own towels. Hopefully, not needing to bring bed pillows and comforters was a help to you. =====Our goal is to provide our guests with a lovely, cost-effective vacation experience. I do understand your frustration, though, and hope in the future you can find a great vacation home that meets all of your desires.

Because we live outside of Delaware, we were restricted in the Spring 2020 by Covid 19 state rules to implement our normal maintenance and updating. In 2021 we plan to purchase new furniture, paint, and update the flooring upstairs. Thank you again for your review!

Thank you for your review. We strive to keep our prices affordable compared to others in the area. The pool is refreshing and so close to the unit - just steps away! I'm so glad we were able to resolve the sliding glass door problem to your approval. Our crew responded and fixed the problem by the next morning after your concern was texted to us. Regarding the paint, the unit will be painted again before the next season. And honestly, you are the only guests to ever comment that the beds upstairs were uncomfortable. I do apologize that they weren't the type that you like. Thank you again for staying at The Small Easy!

I'm so glad that you had a pleasant vacation and The Small Easy was just what you were looking for! We agree that the marina is a great place for crabbing and fishing. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to the Savs-2 coronavirus and restrictions by the Health Department. The community used that time to fix the gate. The pool is now open on a 4 day a week schedule to accommodate the cleaning protocol required for safety at this time. Please come again, and thank you for your wonderful review!

Thank you for staying at The Small Easy. The house was checked over meticulously before you came, and none of the damage was done before your arrival. Perhaps, your children damaged the screens etc. and you weren't aware of it. I understand, because we raised a large family and things like that happen. Unfortunately, we not only had to repair the damage, but we had to pay our wonderful cleaning lady extra after you left. Even so, I hope your stay was relaxing and refreshing!
