Hotel nær Newport
Hotellet var fint og lå ca 5 km fra Newport centrum, intet at lave i området, men fint værelse med gratis parkring, wifi og morgenmad. Shuttelbus til/fra centrum 3 dollars hver vej, håbløst at finde parkering i centrum.

The rooms A/C or compressor went on and off all night with the sound of a jet engine and ran for about 20 minutes at a time. Could not turn it off, the panel was locked and got no sleep.

We have stayed at this property before, and it is convenient and a pretty good hotel. However, in comparison with the Residence Inn we just stayed at last month in Washington, DC, this one failed us in a several ways: 1) Breakfast--powered eggs, all breads wrapped in plastic, pre-packaged stuff.... 2) television couldn't hook into our Netflix or Hulu accounts... 3) rollaway came as a folded-in-half bed and was terribly uncomfortable. Staff was kind, and quick to help.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. I would like to address each issue individually. We are currently in the process of upgraded TV entertainment package to include streaming channels. This is a long process. We do not or have never used powdered eggs. We do not use shelled eggs per Marriott requirement, but they are liquid and not powdered. We do individually wrap most items as our guest would rather not have their food exposed to other guest that may handle them first. I would also like to apologize for the comfort of the rollaway. I hope we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future so you can see the upgrades for yourself.

The room had an unusual odor, possibly due to its kitchen, resulting in furniture carrying cooking smells. The sofa appeared worn and torn. However, the common areas were well-maintained, clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

The people in the room above were very noisy right up to 11:00 pm. The room needs new mattress even on the sofa bed. The are not the most comfortable, too soft & sofa bed mattress you can feel every spring in it, could use an extra foam padding

The check in was quick. The room wasn’t ready. We are a family with 3 kids, we didn’t have enough towels. The extra roll over bed I asked for in the reservation wasn’t in the room, we didn’t have any sheets for the sofa bed. In overall it wasn’t ready for our capacity. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, even for children.

Very Nice Stay!
Great staff! My wife and I were greeted with a warm and genuine smile. It was a smooth transition checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of food items for the free breakfast.The price was a bit high, but.would stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to downtown Newport. We enjoyed the breakfast as it had plenty of options. Loved the hot oatmeal with all the toppings they offered. The last day of our trip the water was shut off for about 30 minutes as I was finishing up my shower (not fun). Our toilet had issues as well. Room was very nice though. We would stay here again.

The front desk gal “Elaine” Was very helpful and such great personality. She is a true asset to this location. Room well cleaned & great condition. Breakfast area very clean and food items fresh too!

The suites are small and advertise they sleep 5 people but they don't. The breakfast was great and the downstairs seating areas by the fireplace were very nice. Staff was very friendly.

Great location! Only 10 min drive to the restaurants. My only comment is that the hotel doesn’t offer conditioner and for a girl with long hair that is a turn down.

Great Place to Stay!
Overall my stay was very good. I was disappointed that there were no shower caps available in the bathrooms. Other than that it was quite accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Very nice hotel
This hotel is lovely! Great location! Free breakfast was very good. The front desk employees are professional & accommodating. And friendly. There was an issue with the people staying above us. They were extremely noisy throughout the night. The front desk was apologetic and did everything they could to try to help the situation.

Everything was perfect except the building insulation is poor. You can hear every mechanical item running when turned on and people talking was noticed all the time. BUT I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. That was not a deal breaker. Office staff was very helpful when needed.

For the 4th year in a row i’ve booked a two bedroom suite for my birthday. My family enjoys celebrating with me and this makes it perfect. The pool & hot tub were both open and perfect!
