I stayed at this hotel for 4 days the front desk staff asked me and my wife (how did we even get a reservation) we stated online he then proceeded to say well I don’t know how we’re booked , then he changes his mind and says well you’ll have to wait for a room which we didn’t get until after 4 , we also paid for nightly concierge and the attendant was asking us to give our room number to him because he didn’t think we where at the right location we where in complete shock I told them I’m a business owner we came dressed nice but obviously our money didn’t matter they simply didn’t want us there after we told front desk what happened they brought out a bag of chocolate and crackers if we could have switched hotels we definitely would have instead we stayed away the entire birthday trip and only came back at night only to get bit all over our arms and legs I was completely disappointed the scenery was beautiful being on the strip but I sense racism or dislike for people of color they literally asked us how did we get a room there it’s almost laughable I will never go back !!!

Great location, clean room with a good size and a balcony. Nice pool and bar, friendly staff- feel like a home away from home- overall would recommend to stay here and would definitely come back.

Some tings were showing wear and tear - pool lounger cushions, a/c not really working well in room. But the staff were FANTASTIC, the food was great and overall it was a great place to stay.

Only stayed one night and overall we enjoyed the room and location, but most of all, the staff was very accommodating (especially Augusto). It’s a unique property and I liked the Euro/Boho vibe, plus it’s very close to Ocean Drive, so the bikes were a highlight. My only ‘not so great’ comment is the rooftop pool experience and questionable clientele. I went up to relax and was barely in my lounge chair when a group of about 6-7 very rough-looking, scruffy guys entered the scene and pool (some in their clothes). Looked like they just came in from the bus station and it felt like hotel staff were monitoring them. Made me avoid the pool and I find it very hard to believe they were hotel guests.

The location is great. You can easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops a grocery store and the beach. The property itself is outdated and worn out. The lobby is dark and the elevators smell of sweat. The carpet in the hall is old and worn down. You can see the dirt and stains. When I went into the room the laminate floor was deeply scratched and hadn’t been swept. The linens were stained, and pilled. The baseboards and bathroom floor were dirty. The towels need to be discarded as they were all well past their prime. I witnessed the housekeeping staff put the towels they were replacing in another room on the hallway floor. I was uncomfortable my entire stay. I have stayed at Kimpton properties for over 15 years and this property missed the mark. I will not return. If the neighborhood is most important you will love the area. If being comfortable and clean are important to you I would recommend skipping this property and staying elsewhere.

We had 2 rooms- it was ok not more than that… location is pretty good but the hotel doesn’t really offer any amenities- the pool is tiny and not very inviting. No real restaurant… no gym… won’t go back.

A very nice boutique in a good area just off South Beach. Lots of good restaurants are only a short walk away. Cafe Bastille a 2 minute walk away does the best breakfasts ever! We found the room very comfortable. There are 2 pools, one on the roof, that look ok but we didn’t use either. Staff were very pleasant. Would recommend this hotel as an a good quality affordable option for Miami Beach although be aware of the additional tax payments on checkout.

Nice location. No visible signage out front. The difference between a std king and a premium king is negligible, and each room needs a coffee maker. The lobby was too dark and needed nicer furniture to sit and relax. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary getaway there and was awesome. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff was awesome. Shout out to Hussein for scheduling our jet skis and suggestions of where to enjoy ourselves. We are coming back!

Bon hôtel rapport qualité prix pour Miami Beach. A proximité de tout à pied. Personnel bien. De l'eau à disposition Das tous les étages (ce qui est rare à Miami). Hotel propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipé. IL n ' y a pas de bouilloire, ni de cafetière comme indiqué sur le descriptif. Seul bémol, il y a des jours ou il faut demander ou courir après le personnel pour faire le ménage mais bon c'est pas tres grave vu que tou le reste est tres bien. l'hôtel est quasi neuf . j'y retournerai tres facilement.

Angles’s is a lovely boutique hotel in SOBE. Staff is very nice and helpful for any need, we had a premium king room that was big and comfortable, beautiful bathroom and very clean. You have to like the area which is very central to all the SOBE tourists activities and in the middle of the “fun” that during Spring break was not exactly the best for me but was not fault of the hotel. Despite this is was very quite even with the room facing Washington Av. I recommend if you like to stay SOBE

Checked in and they had us walk to the other building to get to our room. It was pouring rain and they had no operable umbrella. The elevator was broken in our building, so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. When checking out no one an answered the phone. We went to the front desk to ask for a person to help and they never came. Additionally, no one answered texts to the front desk and calls when inquiring about coffee in the morning. Was not worth the 630 we paid for one night. We only stayed because it was close the cruise port. Never again when we come back to Miami.

Stayed at the Kimpton during the South Beach Food and Wine Festival weekend. Thus the rates were extraordinarlity high. I have stayed a Kimpton hotels before and I expected a much higher level of service particularly for the price. The cleaners continued to take away towels and not replace them, although we hung them indicating we wanted to keep them. A request for 3 hour late check out due to an evening flight was met with a request for additional money - when we had already paid 500 a night. A little grace would go a long way.
