Mill Park 6BRM Spacious double story House

This stunning 6-bedroom contemporary home is ideally located in one of Mill Park's most prized treelined streets surrounded by parks and recreation. This spacious, two-story house contains a fully equipped kitchen and two sizeable living areas. The house can accommodate up to 15 people. It is perfect for big family or group trips.

Whether a short getaway or extended stay, this house delivers a homely experience for all guests, with space to unwind, entertain and connect.

As you enter the home you will be pleasantly surprised with two spacious living zones which includes a formal lounge enhanced by high ceilings, and a family area, large bright lit kitchen meals area with an abundance of cupboard space, self-contained laundry and two bedrooms.

On the upper level you will find the spacious master bedroom with large ensuite and three further bedrooms sharing yet another bathroom.

Additional features of this holiday home include: air-conditioning (multiple split system units), Free wireless internet access, TV, dryer, towels, bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and an oven, and a choice of outdoor areas.

• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop.
• Guest parking is available on the driveway and street parking.

The beautiful Parkside residence surrounded by parks and recreation, it is within minutes’ drive of local shopping and dining - including Rivergum Village, Stables Shopping Centre, DFO University Hill, Westfield Plenty Valley and Costco at Epping. Just moments to RMIT University Bundrooa Campus and La Trobe University.

• Government-issued photo ID may required.
• Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive. 
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• On Tuesday nights, pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that individuals under the age limit are not permitted to book.

* We may ask for a government photo ID like a driver's licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
* No unregistered guests allowed. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
* Parties/events are not allowed.
* Guests are strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the property, if we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
* Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $70 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip on TUESDAY night for weekly rubbish collection. * Please place bins 50 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 - 70 per hour fee applied.
* Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
* Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.

By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mill Park 6BRM Spacious Double Story House on the 25th and 26th of September, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the very beginning, the host's communication was top-notch. They were prompt, clear, and provided all the information needed to ensure a smooth check-in. The property was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a spacious and comfortable environment for our stay. The 6 bedrooms in the house were perfect for our group, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. The double-story layout added to the overall charm of the property. We found the house to be well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. What stood out most during our stay was the host's attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring we had a wonderful time. They were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had, making us feel welcome and at ease. Our stay at the Mill Park 6BRM Spacious Double Story House was a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the host's hospitality. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the host for making our weekend so enjoyable. Cheers, Graham Briggs
