El hotel está muy lindo y en el corazón de McAllen, soy cliente frecuente y siempre que me quedo es el mismo problema: en la noche suben camionetas ultra ruidosas (no se si a propósito) a hacer ruidos de motor y poner música a todo volumen todas las estancias de fin de semana que eh pasado aquí es siempre lo mismo, la administración debería ponerle fin a eso.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was great. We had just minor issues with breakfast room service. The air was not working so we told the maintenance man. He came in and worked on it then left. We did not feel much change in the room. But other than that we will definitely be back.

Nice place but: no nearby restaurants; we visited on the weekend of the Masters Golf Tournament and being avid golfers we assumed we could watch it on TV in our room. NOT AVAILABLE! Can't understand what TV distribution system they use but this was bizarre

It’s a old beautiful building kind Mexican hacienda type, nice rooms and relaxing garden areas, our favorite hotel for a weekend scape.

Neat place, in the center of town, very convenient to food trucks (vast improvement over the omnipresent fast food in So. TX). Noticeably worn around the edges, but not uncomfortably so. Excellent staff.

Great ambience and the area the hotel was in was nice and quiet. Beds a little too soft, I have a bad back, but didn't really harm the experience. Loved the courtyard room with a small living area and balcony. Will definitely stay here next time in town!

All good but, you have to control de mess when you have events in the night and the persons from the event lead their party to the parking! 2 nights in a row couldn’t sleep because the noice at 2am from people in the parking lot arguing and playing music so loud! At 2:00am please! Control please!

Property was clean and room was clean. Only thing that was not working were the ice machines but barters were nice to provide ice .
