Very nice, clean room. Very quiet night. Lots of good choices for breakfast. The design of the room was a little strange. The light for the bathroom was outside the bathroom door but on the hinge side which made it a pain to turn on and off because of the placement and also because the door was really big and heavy. You have to wonder who designed it. Other than that everything was safe, clean and very convenient.

The listing advised the property may be under construction. What it didn’t say was that chairs couches picture frames furniture would be all over the back lot. That the pool gym and laundry services were all closed. And yet they charge the same price. I would not stay at that holiday in again. They were redoing the tile and all of the facility. It was half painted. Honestly, it was just a mess. Shame on Holiday Inn for not simply closing down the hotel for three weeks or a month and doing a complete remodel so people didn’t have to go through all of that.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint I have is that the grout in the bath surround could have been a lot cleaner. All that being said, I would stay here again.

Beware of bed bugs - Dec 2023
BEWARE - Room had bed bugs. They weren’t just on the bed, but on multiple walls too. Babies, full size, they were all there. It was the best thing we could’ve walked into after 12 hours of driving. Hotels response was imply that we brought them but we had only been in the room for about two hours so how could we have spread them around the room that quickly? First time seeing one and with any luck (and our bagged up luggage) it’ll be the last time.

Rest day not a success
Usual local stay. Requested top floor away from elevator and a tub. Got a room right off elevator with just a shower. Was woken up at 8am with loud banging. Light sleeper so wasnt a,great night of rest

Positive it isn’t horrible. And we stayed in the room. The men’s lobby bathroom was out of service. The room smelled like a basement when we walked in. Shower floor wasn’t clean well. There was some sort of construction going on and hammering for an hour. Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible but the toilet was low. Luckily I travel with a raised seat just in case. The handicap parking is up a steep slope.

The beds were a little hard but the room was clean and quiet and we were only stopping for a few hours of sleep before continuing on our trip so it was not an issue. Overall we would stay here again if we were passing through.

Check in took 22 minutes because somehow they didn’t know we would have our two dogs with us. This hotel is pet friendly & I called to advise them we’d have dogs after booking. Despite my proactiveness, the girl acted bothered that I had the nerve to have my dogs with me, then didn’t know how to charge the pet fee. Once that was all finally done, my room keys didn’t work and I had to go back downstairs to have that corrected. Once we finally got into the room, we found a disgusting stained chair (I wish I could post the pictures I took) and no curtains that close on the window, so we had a bright light shining in all night. I asked for a different room but was told there are none available. Do not recommend.

The exterior, name, and price was very misleading. When I first walked in to this well decorated Holiday Inn hotel I was hit with a terrible, moldy, musty smell at the door. The lobby was pretty but they had the lights off at 4:00 pm so that made it very unwelcoming. The elevator was even unkept, dirty, smelly and had broken tiles. Then when I go to my 1 bedroom suite it was awful! The furniture was dingy, dirty and stained. All the walls were dirty and scratched up. The carpet was torn and horrifying. There was even a boger on the bedroom wall by the bed. It smelled moldy in the room also. We ended up leaving and not staying. We needed somewhere to congregate and get ready for an event so after we did that we just left and went back home. The room was just too gross to sleep peacefully in. Needless to say I will never go back nor refer anyone to stay there.

Room #1 - After mom and dad were all settled in, and after our teenage daughter finally decides to put her phone down and get in bed, we discover a urine stained bed about 4 foot in circumference. Terrible odor!! Room #2 Refrigerator does not work and we had food that needed to be fridged. Went to call the front desk but the room phone did not work. So "DAD" went to find a room before we moved all our luggage "again". Room #3 appeared fine so we settled in, caught a second wind after moving to two additional rooms so we attempted to watch TV. However, you could not hear the TV even with the volume turned to the highest settingl We called the front desk and told them. They said use the remote control to increase the sound but that did not work. So, if you wanted sound, you had to turn off the AC unit. Or keep the AC unit on for cooling but no sound. Then in the morning after my wife washes her hair, she finds out that the dryer works but did not blow our warm/hot air. This visit is a running joke, truly! The lady working the breakfast area was fantastic. The food was well prepared, clean and orderly. She was the only bright spot of this stay. Once most frustrating, even after all these things were shared with the front desk, no concession of any kind was offered. I wish I could post the photo of the yellow stained sheets and mattresses. Not good business practices at all!

The property rooms are in desperate need of repairs. The first room we were in had very dirty carpets and a stained chair, walls, needing paint, and generally broken down furniture. We were moved to a new room, which was better, but still very much in need of fixing. For example, the bathroom door scraping the floor really bad. It was really hard to close. This is the most disappointing Holiday Inn I’ve been to.

Not so good experience
I picked this hotel bc the ratings were great, but it was total opposite when I arrived. There was a weird smell in the lobby. When I got to my room, there were stains on the bed and chair. My son went into the bathroom and found dirty towels in the tub and hanging on the shower head. It was a horrible experience. We had to leave and go to another hotel.

Needs a major update
The rooms need updating. Windows needed cleaning, bathroom needs a major upgrade. There is no exhaust in the restroom therefore to much moisture and mold growing on the walls. The beds are hard and uncomfortable unless you like super firm beds and are a back sleeper.
