Your very own dreamy beach house where the shared community pool and sea are literally at your doorstep and worries and stress didn't make the flight. This is what Marbella holidays are made of, but better. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse has been designed to caress the beach and the spectacular views of the Mediterranean. You will spend your stay deciding whether to swim, go out for a meal, or simply sit on one of the terraces and enjoy the stunning view! Tough decision, right?
The townhouse:
Welcome to Las Dunas 10, where the poolside beachfront lifestyle awaits you! Tucked away in a secured gated community with the magnificent La Concha Mountain as your backdrop and the sea at the front, prepare for a taste of luxury like no other.



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living space where you can kick back and relax in front of the flat-screen TV, complete with Netflix for endless entertainment possibilities. And don't worry, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy the good times.



The sleek open-plan kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and stunning views of the dining area and the west-facing terrace. Whip up delicious meals with ease using the full-size fridge freezer, oven, electric touchscreen 4-burner hob, microwave, and even a filtered coffee machine and Nespresso machine for your morning pick-me-up.



Conveniently next to the kitchen is the dining table, perfect for enjoying your culinary creations. And when it's time to dine al fresco, make your way to one of the four outdoor terraces leading off from the kitchen and dining area. Whether it's breakfast with a view or a sunset dinner, the choice is yours.



The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and style, complete with its own private balcony inviting you to unwind and take in the surroundings. Sink into the comfy queen-sized bed and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with an ensuite bathroom at your disposal.



Two additional bedrooms offer flexibility to suit your needs, with the option of two single beds or a queen-sized bed when pushed together. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with blackout blinds, built-in closets, ceiling fans, and a wall-mounted radiator to ensure your utmost comfort. The shared family bathroom on the second floor features a shower over the bathtub and is stocked with all the essentials you could need.



In addition, a downstairs toilet provides even more convenience, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay.



And let's not forget about the star of this marvelous property - the rooftop terrace. Occupying the entire top floor, it offers panoramic views that will leave you breathless. Sip champagne as you soak in the sweeping vistas and revel in pure bliss.



When you're ready to cool off, simply make your way to the shared pool or take advantage of the direct beach access. Whether you prefer lounging poolside or digging your toes in the sand, the choice is yours.





The neighborhood



Carib Playa is a small beachside urbanisation that is a 10-minute drive into the centre of Marbella town and only 30 minutes from Málaga Airport. Walking distance from this property, you have several beach restaurants to choose from and a 24-hour pharmacy and local supermarkets and shops and bars are walking distance or just a two-minute drive away. A small residential community offering a mix of villas, townhomes and apartments, Carib Playa's small winding roads and beach-side lifestyle make it a top choice and is the perfect tranquil escape while still being close to everything.

Located in East Marbella, Carib Playa is just a 15 minute stroll along the beach to the charming marina of Cabopino and its restaurants and bars. A little further along and you have Elviria and the world-famous Nikki Beach as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, banks, etc. The centre of Marbella with its picturesque old town and quaint shops and cafes is a short drive away as well as La Cañada, Marbella's large and only indoor shopping centre where you can escape the sun and shop the hours away at Zara, Mango, Marks Spencer, HM, Sephora and much more.

Just a short 5-minute drive from Marbella and you will reach the luxury marina of Puerto Banus with its world class yachts and designer stores as well as Spain's fabulous department store El Corte Ingles.

So whether it's the sun and sand or the shopping, sightseeing and local cuisine, you really are spoilt for choice in Marbella.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
