I lost $400 in my hotel room and it took them a long time to tell me the result of their investigation. They have inconsistent statements. I had to call them to ask for an update instead of being proactive about it.

空港送迎など、事前の問い合わせにも迅速、丁寧に対応頂けました。また、日本語しか出来ない私に、嫌な顔せずに翻訳機で丁寧に対応してくださいました。 ロビーを通る度に笑顔で会釈してくださる男性が印象的です。 スーパーや飲食店はすぐ隣にあり、立地は申し分なしです。

The property was conveniently and strategically located. The bridge connecting the hotel to the department store is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and has concern for their clients. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

大きなショッピングモールSM Cityに直結していて、ショッピングや食事にとても便利。また道路を1つ渡ればもう1つの大きなショッピングモールTriNomaもすぐで便利だった。 ホテルはとても綺麗で朝食も良かったが、タオルが古びていた事と、洗面台から下水の臭いがしたので星1つマイナス。

Always loved the hotel. Clean and inviting. Location is great just beside SM mall. A bit of issue upon check in. Booked 2 twin beds and ended up with I king size bed due to releasing our booked room to accommodate a tour group. My sister and I were traveling and we needed two beds. We stayed in the current available room for 2 days and was finally transferred to a room with 2 twin beds. We love the hotel and have been staying there every year. Hope we do not encounter the same issues next time we book again.

Clean hotel, great location, but small beds
Family of 4 traveling with 2 kids under 11yo. Hotel bed accommodation is my one gripe about this place, they have 1 king bed or 2 single beds available only. This is expected to accommodate 4 people. Imagine 2 people sleeping on a twin size bed, because that's what we had to do. Other than that, everything else was good. Location is excellent, as it is built into the SM Mall of EDSA. Never have to worry about safety wondering the neighborhood for food, everything from food, shopping, and entertainment, is right downstairs in the mega mall.

The Supervisor at the breakfast was very nice, friendly and attentive, but the other staff at the entrance approached me while i was getting food from the breakfast buffet if i paid or or nor. I felt embarrassed. The drainage near the commode smells bad, and the shower bath was clogged. On my last day one of the staff just ring the bell twice and entered my room. And he told me that he has to check the room and all the properties like the cabinets and ref and restroom. But im just concern bec what if im not dress up propery and he just entered the room. He did not did me a chance to open the door. I am not going back to this hotel.
