Poor experience in this supposedly superior hotel
The hotel was affected by being fully booked and there were general chaos in the check-in area. Several of the elevators were under maintenance, resulting in significant waiting times for an elevator which were completely full. Service and flexibility was very limited. The room assigned was a superior room, however there was nothing superior about it. It was very small, no daylight and very small bathroom with very limited light. Only two towels were assigned, no face-cloth, no hand towl. The line for the breakfast meant that alternative options for the nearby Starbucks was much more appreciated. The room was clean but there were still a lot of hair in the bathroom (I'm bald, so it wasn't me). I don't blame the cleaning crew however, this room was so dark (no lighting) that it would be impossible to clean properly, especially around the toilet area.Roof-top bar and pool area was nice but expensive.

Control sécurité un pauvre chien atache toute la journée dans la chaleur…apparemment pour contrôler quoi ? Pour le dîner j ai descendu hier soir la personne de accueil restaurant m as dit qu il y avait que de repas asiatique et que je peux manger dans la chambre.. pas très accueillante.j ai payé 25 eu quand même pour ce dîner et surprise : supe de poulet battu jusqu a sa mort entre autres . Piure on est dans le 21 siècle pourriez vous évoluez ? On est des touristes et il y a pas de repas pour les européens??? Une honte pour hier soir.

The hospitality of the staff from the moment we checked in was appreciated. We only stayed for one night because e had a flight the next day but next time we go home to the Philippines, we will definitely book a longer stay at Belmont!

The 10th floor reeked of sewage including in the room. It was a very strong odor. The shower didn’t drain properly, flooding the bathroom. The lighting is poor, especially in the bathroom. It is an easy walk to the runway bridge to terminal 3. Good options in the hotel are limited. During dinner they set up a DJ in the cafe which was unsettling during a meal.

Schizophrenic Service! Check in team were great! The rooftop pool-towel-bar staff could not even spell service, hospitality or care let alone deliver it. Rude, unhelpful and really crappy food with ultra slow delivery. Room service food was good.

This hotel has very convenient location, close to naia terminal 3 where you can also find a lot of dining options. Hotel staff are very respectful to all guests and one staff called us to make sure we got all what we need and we’re comfortable during our first 2 days. The only thing I was not pleased was during our last 3-4 days stay when I asked one of the housekeeper for a new clean set of cups/tbs as I need to drink my coffee while doing my computer work, she came with only cups and said that it’s the only thing allowed not the spoon or saucer so we have to wash our spoon/cups for reuse despite paying for our daily hotel stay. We stayed there for 5 days.

The shower curtain was stained yellow and smells really bad. The outlets for charging are all so loose and the chargers keep falling off. You can hear everything outside the room and it can get loud with doors opening and closing through the night. The location is great and close to casinos and dining options at New Port Mall if you’re into that. Probably perfect for just a 1 night stay prior to departure.

NAIA T3、Newport World Resortへのアクセスがよく、治安も問題ない。設備も小ぶりながら清潔で使いやすい。部屋は小さめで、建物内側の部屋の場合はカーテンを開けると吹き抜けを挟んだ向かいの部屋から丸見えとなってしまうので、カーテンを開けられないのがイマイチ。

The staff was great. They helped us get our luggage through the walk way to terminal 3. We just gave the person helping and the security a tip. It was well worth it.
