Dejlig rejse
DEJLIG REJSE! Dette hotel var det første vi kom til på vores 3 ugers tur i USA. Der var god service og hotellet var dejligt. Placeringen var ikke den bedste da der var ret langt til alt. Man skal ikke forvente at det er tæt på ting da LA er en MEGA stor by.

The workers at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. Check in was so nice and easy and they even let us check in early, because we came from the cruise port in Long Beach early. They were very knowledgeable about transportation etc. the Metro is very close to the hotel which made it very convenient for use to go to diff areas of the city.

I generally had a good experience at the hotel and was generally impressed with the service, accomodations, and level of hospitality. The destination resort fee felt like a unnecessary and annoying way to upcharge individuals for using the hotel. Hotel guests should carefully review their bill to determine all charges, and the hotel should strongly consider including all fees in the upfront price. I felt hoodwinked by the additional charge and wouldn't recommend the hotel based on it.

Rates should be lowered during this transition period/remodel. I was a frequent guest of the prior hotel and it doesn’t make sense to charge the same without having the same fun. Good luck!

I was very nervous on the way to the property a lot of homelessness was very nervous but once I got to the facility and realize that valet and underground parking available I felt way more at ease I would not recommend walking around the town but as far as the facility very secure and safe. It is not the hostel's fault by any means of what's happening around it. But the facility itself is very nice for the money

The hotel computer systems were down during checkout so credit card transactions, elevator access, and room access was not granted to us for our one-night stay. Security had to let us into all areas. Highly inconvenient. Also the rooftop hot tub is under construction, which I didn't see noted on their website or ads on Expedia..

Hotel is an older hotel with upgrades. Room was transparent yet elevators and mini fridge were definitely older. Staff was amazing and helped with any and all issues.

In Downtown LA; stayed there because the hotel for the conference I was attending was full. Very expensive for the (lack of) amenities. Odd room design with NO privacy between sleeping area and shower/toilet area. Parking was goofy. Pool was "being remodeled" so not available. I was told that housekeeping would only be provided on request but came anyway on my 2nd day--kind of disturbing to find that someone had been in my room. Would not recommend

It gave me chills that someone knocked on my door at 2a.m asking for a woman it made me feel like it wasn’t secure if he wasn’t a guest how did he make it upstairs. There was a club attached to the property and was extremely load music to the point I felt the vibrations of the music laying down the whole place was sketchy and I had to ask for new bedding because they were changed from the previous stay there were visible stains on the sheets and linen

The hotel doesn’t include parking you have to pay 50 bucks for night, we park a car 1 hour and they charge me 20 dollars. I feel the staff isn’t friendly. The installations are beautiful and smell really nice.
