The room was super cute and had everything we needed. The only thing was that we couldn’t open the window and the room got really hot at night—I think that was for security reasons though? The included continental breakfast was awesome!

This was our Second stay here for two nights, we come to see friends and family every now and then, we like it because it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Central London, lovely walks in nearby Richmond Park. One of our evenings we choose to have dinner in the Restaurant, the haddock and chips was delicious as was the Polish Apple cake and ice cream, the bar/restaurant is laid back and comforting, the restaurant and bar area was full with locals (which to us is always a good sign) The Locals seem well off and expect good food and drinks, this pub/restaurant meets their expectations it would seem. The surrounding area of where this pub is located in a ‘well to do area’. Parking one’s car is ‘on street’ parking, the parking is free and finding a parking space is generally easy to find unless you arrive at around 3 o’clock when the nearby school has parents parked everywhere, on this occasion we parked further away, one hour later the street was quiet and parking was no issue again. The rooms are sufficient and clean, for the price one pay's we are satisfied. We will be back again.

Nice quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean and newly updated rooms. Great location - walkable to Richmond Park. My only suggestion would be to have an early breakfast option.

A Christmas stay
A couple of nights at the Vic to be close to family. Comfortable room, the bathroom was tiny but not much can be done about that. Good continental breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful staff

An enjoyable stay
I enjoyed staying at the Victoria. I received a warm welcome and my room was good and comfortable. The meal I had in the bar in the evening was very good too. I would happily return for another stay at the Victoria when in the Richmond area.

Couldn’t have asked for more
Very cosy space, heating left on which was appreciated in very cold weather. Lovely homely set up in the room with lots of space, large TV, desk/sideboard area which was useful as travelling for work, great tea/coffee/biscuit set up in the room, warm bathroom.

What a lovely place
Greeted by very friendly staff and shown to our room. The room was on the small side but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Grabbed a quick dinner in the restaurant for which we got a discount as we were staying. A continental breakfast was included which we weren't aware of (you could pay extra for cooked breakfast) and it set us up for the day nicely. 11am checkout was great as some places seem to be getting earlier. Could hear the kids from the nearby school in the morning (they didnt wake us up) and enjoyed the fact that they weren't ours and we could stay in bed a bit longer. Would definitely stay again

Really, really nice pub/restaurant/hotel. Nice part of town too: Sheen near Richmond. Never heard of Sheen but I was impressed I have to say. The pub was was nicely decorated and had a good choice of beers and wines. The restaurant had a nice variety of dishes the quality of which wasn't bad - in fact, the food was very enjoyable. and the hotel was cosy and very well kept. All in all, a really good stay - it passed the Wife's Acceptance Factor so that can't be bad. 😂 A touch expensive? Maybe. But we are talking North London in 2023 and we're in a bit of a cost of living crisis so all in all, not bad. Oh, I must give a shout out to the receptionist/hostess. A young lady - I think she may have been Spanish or Italian? Apologies if I got that wrong but she was wonderful and a credit to The Victoria. Nice one... 👍

A hidden gem in a quiet area of Sheen. Within 15 minutes walk of the train station, with a 20 minute journey to Waterloo made it ideal for visiting the South Bank and Central London. Excellent fresh food for evening meal and breakfast. The room was a good size for 2 people and very clean. Road parking but it was very safe.

Nice hotel
Nice pub hotel on a very quiet residential area of Richmond. There is no onsite car park, we had to Park on the road. The car was fine. Staff were efficient and very pleasant. Rooms were very nicely decorated & clean. Bottled water supplied in room along with tea and coffee. Lovely big fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Bathroom lighting was a bit on the dim side and were on the small side however they were nicely decorated and very clean. Continental breakfast included and could pay extra for a cooked breakfast. We did both - no complaints with either. My only complaints was not being able to see out of the windows due to the privacy protection (to be fair that wasn’t a view) and we were in room 3 which was by a noisy extractor so couldn’t open the window for fresh air due to the noise. All I’m all a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again

On our arrival, I had the impression that we were an inconvenience as the pub was closed. No one seemed to be on the premises at all after our keys were handed over. It seemed that we only needed one room key as the downstairs door was unlocked also the street gate, unlocked. No alternative to our promised breakfast was offered and there is nowhere else in the area to eat. Without a car we were stuck. The room was tiny, full of bed, no area to walk around it and no chair. With 2 bags we were sidling around each other to get to the bathroom. The shower was not draining and so I found myself standing in a pool of water. We saw no one on our departure, overall this was a huge mistake.

Wonderful room, just a short walk from the rail station. Beautiful area. The staff was very accommodating, and the check in/out process was pretty simple. If we’re in the area again, we’ll make sure to stay here again.

Comfortable Stay
It felt a bit strange checking in as it is in a pub but the actual accommodation is separate to the pub with its own front door. The room was large, well furnished and clean. Although it was a bit noisy in the day because where it is and is with the pub it was very quiet during the night. I was unable to find any information on how to log onto the free Wi-Fi and found the breakfast arrangements a bit strange as it was not clear what was included in the continental breakfast, however service was good and enjoyed my hot breakfast. I found it very easy to walk from Mortlake railway station and is close to the shops & other restaurants if wanted. If you are driving than parking is on the road, which is fine but take care with your arrival time as it is near a school. I will stay again if I need to next time I meet family in the area.

The check in was very easy and straight forward. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A stress free stay in a lovely hotel, would definitely recommend, for others to stay in.

Perfect little gem
What an absolute little gem this place is! We stayed 2 nights as we were going to Wimbledon, it’s ideally situated. The place was immaculately clean, the rooms were lovely with everything you needed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff were extremely friendly & very attentive, the selection of drinks was fantastic & the food was amazing. We also had a continental breakfast in with the price of our stay & it was excellent. The area around is also very nice. I’m hoping to go to Wimbledon again next year & will definitely stay here again

Great Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at The Victoria. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We were given a wonderful warm and friendly greeting on our arrival and the breakfast was excellent. We were walking distance to the bars and restaurants in Richmond. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern stylish quiet room in South West London
Great room that gave me easy access driving to getting back out of London and onto the M3. Modern stylish room. Comfy bed. Sml amenities provided (tea, shampoo etc). Very quiet. Would definitely stay again. Didn't stay for breakfast as had to hit the road.

Great staff , nice quiet location
Easy check in , the staff throughout our stay were all very helpful and friendly . Room was quiet , clean and comfortable . Bar downstairs is welcoming, simple decor . Ate the first night in the restaurant , food was simple but good and reasonably priced . It's in a quiet residential area . The car park was closed and the on street parking was pretty full , so worth being aware of . Would definitely stay here again

BEWARE: No off-street Parking and NO BREAKFAST on Mon and Tue. I really wish I could have given The Victoria five stars. On paper it's good value for money. HOWEVER, we were only staying one night and I needed three things: 1. Free parking 2. Breakfast in the morning 3. Low price. When we arrived, we were told that the carpark has been shut "for quite a while." (It's still listed in all the advertisements,) Thankfully, we found adequate street parking. Then we were told that they WOULDN'T be providing the free breakfast because the pub is closed Monday and Tuesday mornings. Our receipt specifically said "Breakfast included." We found ways around both of these problems, but there was NO concern from the manager about the incorrect advertising. In fact, we got little more than a grunt from her. The room itself is very tidy, and had good linens and toiletries. They provided lovely bottles of water. Sadly, we had to walk through the pub which smelled of other people's old fish dinners. A kind word from the staff would have made all the difference here. We might have eaten in the pub. If they'd been surprised and apologetic that we were misled I would have easily been mollified. But we were a nuisance. I'd even sent an email before our trip to ask about parking and breakfast and there has been no answer. I love small businesses and wish I could support this one. Better training and management (and accurate advertising) would make this place a real gem
