Awful, disgusting hotel
Stay one night in this hotel after a late arrival in London, Heathrow. Will never stay there again! Unbelievebel that Ramada will be associated with this hotel. At arrival first impression after stepping out of the elevator at the room floor was a broken sofa and a floor with big dust balls - seemed as it hadn't been cleared for several months. In the room the air-con didn't work, the carpet on the floor was very dirty, the mattress in the bed was broken, the window was so dirty, that you almost couldn't look out. The breakfast was very poor, and the first hotel ever I have stayed in, where you couldn't get fresh brewed coffee, but was left with Nescoffee made with lukewarm water. One advice: STAY AWAY!

God service og venligt personale. Søde til at opbevare bagage, både når du kommer til byen før “tjek ind” eller skal afsted senere end “tjek ud”. Vi opholdte os minimalt på hotellet da vi var ude at se det meste af de vågne timer. Vi havde en dobbelt værelse med hvad de kalder en dobbeltseng og dobbeltdyne. Den var okay til 2 overnatninger. Vi boede på 2. sal, i retning mod tuben. Selvom hotellet ligger lidt afstand fra stationen (150-200 m.) så er der stadig meget støj. Også støj fra flyvemaskiner og lysregulering. Det er nok til at sove sig fra for de fleste, men værd at have med i overvejelserne. Akt i alt et pænt og rent hotel med venligt personale. Havde ikke forventet mere til prisen.

Sengene er ikke så behagelige og vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes. Ellers et rent og godt værelse. venligt personale. Tæt på metro og gågade med mange indkøbs og spise muligheder.

Godt til prisen.
Meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Vi ankom omkring kl. 1000, og ville egentlig kun aflevere bagagen, for så at checke ind senere på dagen, men receptionisten fandt straks et værelse til os. Hotellet ligger ca. 150 meter fra Undergrundsbanen, og der ligger en hyggelig Pub mellem hotellet og stationen. Der er også gode shopping muligheder i den lille gågade.

This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing.

Wir wurden am Anreisetag mit einer Stornierung überrascht. Angeblich, da die Regierung das Hotel geschlossen hat. Nach Umbuchung durch Zusatzkosten von 140 Euro in ein katastrophales anderes Hotel, hätte ich kurioserweise das gleiche Hotel wieder buchn können, selbstverständlich gegen viel höhere Preise - komisch, oder? Und jetzt werde ich per Mail benachrichtigt, dass ich eine Bewertung abgeben soll, für eine Buchung die garnicht stattgefunden hat? Mal abgesehen davon, dass auf Nachfrage bisher weder das Hotel noch Expedia selbst auch meine Beschwerde Emails reagiert hat - eine absolute Frechheit und an Dreißtigkeit nicht zu überbieten.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Second time visiting London. We chose this hotel because it's close to transit. We booked for Sep 12 to 18. The carpet in our room looked dirty and seemed to be stained. In the bathroom, the towel rack was rusted and the faucet was covered in something brown that didn't appear to be rust. The hotel advertised laundry services on the Expedia website. The nearest laundromat was roughly 10 blocks away. I'm not sure if that qualifies as the hotel having laundry services or not. The restaurant was opened for breakfast and then closed until 6:30pm. Ate at the restaurant once. 7 people in the dining room. It took 2.5 hours to get through the meal and I had to ask for the cheque twice. No vending machine on-site, no ice available. No fridge in the room so we could buy drinks and bring back. Went to the Travelodge next door to use their vending machine. The lock on the door stopped working on day 2. They were going to send someone to replace the battery. Then they needed to order a new motor. We had to get staff to unlock our door with the master key whenever we returned. On Sep 14, we returned from an outing. We were told that it would be our last night because the hotel was closing permanently the next day. Given what we observed while there, I'm not surprised in the least. I feel sorry for the people who lost their jobs, but very disappointed in the experience. We did get a refund.

Hatte ein Executive Zimmer, das allerdings alles andere als Executive war. Bad voller Rost, Boden knarzte bei jedem Schritt, uvm. Sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Nachts musste ich mehrmals an die Hotelglastüre klopfen, bis mich endlich jmd hörte, weil abgeschlossen und keine Klingel. War schon in 1-Stern Hotels, die ansprechender waren. Für 1-2 Tage evtl. OK, sonst Finger weg!

Non welcoming without a smile.!!
Non welcoming arrival. Not even a smile or welcome to our hotel!! Paid £15 for a parking space and as we needed car to get nearer to our venue and would be back later at midnight was assured we had a space as paid for...only to come back later and carefully squeeze car in at tiny space near exit....same non welcome for breakfast and departure...Glad only stayed for one night....I've stayed in more welcoming budget hotels so will look elsewhere next time.

It was a nice place but when we arrived they told us the air conditioning in the rooms was not working and since we went during the heat wave - that kind of mattered. At least we could open the nice large windows though which did help especially at night. The staff was friendly enough and they allowed us to check in early at no additional charge which was very nice!

Stayed a few times now tried different rooms , but the beds are awful so uncomfortable, I love how easy it is to travel into London , but Travel Lodge next door may have my bookings back as the beds let hotel down badly.

Salmon that i had was wonderful. Bathroom stinks of mold. No air conditioning to use. They had it, but it was locked and couldn't use it. Had to use a fan. The beds are horrible. Sleeping on springs. Please invest in new mattresses.

I liked the AC, everything was pretty standard. I didnt like that a staff member would not turn off the vacumn when i was trying to check in and spent the entire check in proccess vacuuming one spot behind me which made it difficult to hear and interact with the pwrson at the desk. Also the hallways had housekeeping iteams piled up at all hours of the day tou would have to navigate around.

Great near Heathrow
A good modern Hotel, close to Hounslow Station (and Heathrow) and Shops. Polite Staff. Only issue is I wish the Rooms had a Mini Bar Fridge in them. Aircon was a blessing in this current Heatwave.

Worst Hotel Ever
The worst hotel me and my family ever stayed in. Never again in Ramada. No air conditioning in the room during a heatwave. We were given the top floor and so it was really hot at night. The fans provided did not help at all. The mattresses provided were the worst we ever slept on. I had booked Ramada because I had a good experience with the one in Amritsar in India. But this is the second one I’ve stayed in the UK and honestly its the worst chain ever here. Never ever again will I book into a Ramada

1, Two hours of delayed checking in due to the room was not ready; 2, Single beds instead of twin beds as advertised (imagine a 6’2” person sleeping on it); 3, Those mattresses should be in dump as many springs are sticking out, and pinching your body all night long; 4, Safe in the room DOES NOT WORK; 5, Hand sanitizers throughout the building are decorative (they’re all EMPTY); 6, We tried to reuse shower towels so didn’t leave them on the floor, but they were taken away by the cleaning staff each day; 7, NO AC. Only fans are provided, and they are NOISY.

Quite basic and comfortable but super close to the tube station for our early flight the following morning out of Heathrow. Food options are minimal and low-end. Get a takeaway delivered or pop to the Tesco for something. Friendly staff.

We ordered two rooms with air conditioning and three beds. We were given one room with air conditioning and two beds, and one room with NO air conditioning and three beds. This was only after complaining because the first room offered to us smelled like mildew. It was filled with fans as evidence that something was odd in that room. This is unacceptable.

The hotel has nothing to do with the photos. the sheets were changed after 4 days at my request. They asked me 120 pounds more than what was written in the reservation. there is no fridge in the room. the windows didn't open. the room was not cleaned for 5 days. he only had coffee the first day.

Location for Heathrow travellers is good, short walk from tube station. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Car park tiny. Initial impression, corridor from car park to reception scruffy, but the room was lovely clean comfortable Bathroom excellent Only 13 min from Heathrow
