God lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Sovesofaen var elendig og man kunne ikke få ekstra dyner til at lægge ekstra på. Dejligt køkken. Ingen daglig rengøring, men rent og pænt ved ankomst.

Nice but noisy apartment
The Apartment was actually quite satisfactory but right on top of the tube with resulting noise and tremblings from it and quite a lot of noise from a very small court yard, when garbage is collected or Dominos pizza delivery guys start and test their mopeds. Don't expect to sleep much longer than 6 am.

Meget skuffende - uærlig markedsføring af hotellet
Da vi ankom til hotellet var der ændringer i vores reservation - vi fik 3 dobbeltværelser istedet for en stor familie lejlighed til 6 pers. Da vi rejser med børn, var dette ikke tilfredsstillende. Vi fik tilbudt en 4 værelses lejlighed samt et dobbeltværelse på et andet af Marlins hoteller, der ligger på den anden side af Themsen. Der var desværre ikke andre muligheder. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Lejl. og dobbl.vær. var meget beskidte - og der var ingen viskestykker eller klude eller opvaskebørste. Køkkenservicet var tilkaldet og fedtet. Fedtede ruder med synlige finger og næseaftryk fra tidligere gæster. Gardinerne hænger i lase og kan ikke trækkes for. Det ene bordben var løst og der lå løse ledninger fra tv-et mm. Vi undrer os over, at hotellet betegnes som et 4 stjernet hotel. Ikke et sted vi vil komme igen.

Utroligt meget støj på de laveste etager
Jeg overnattede i alt tre nætter. Den første nat blev jeg placeret på 1. sal ud mod gaden og sov nærmest ikke pga. af larmen fra toget, der kører lige under bygningen, samt en del gadestøj, især fra lastbiler. Dag 2 og 3 fik jeg en lejlighed på 4. sal væk fra gaden, og det hjalp. Her hørtes togene kun som en fjern torden. Lejligheden har en god størrelse, køkkenet er sparsomt ekviperet, men der er, hvad man skal bruge. Sengen i soveværelset er ikke en egentlig seng, men en sovesofa, der er placeret en topmadras på, og den er ikke særligt bekvem. Lejligheden er en smule forfalden, men ikke i en grad, der generede mig. Jeg kunne godt finde på at overnatte der igen, hvis jeg blev garanteret en lejlighed på en af de øverste etager (op til 6. sal) og væk fra gaden - ellers ikke.

Rigtigt fint sted, med undergrundstoget kører lige under bygningen og det rumler en del helt oppe på 6. sal. Det gjorde det desværre svært for mig ar sove

Great appartment - but be aware of deposit
Great appartment. But I was surprised that I had to pay - or reserve - 200£ as deposit. It was not mentioned on Hotels.com.

The location of the apartment was wonderful. Just be warned. There is a train station that runs under the apartment and so it does get rather loud.

Being in a prime location, in one of the busiest areas of the City of London, there is lots of foot traffic and tube lines. This comes with the advantage of having many tube connections around us and being able to connect easily anywhere in London, but it also has its disadvantage of creating noise, which might create nuisance for some people, but not all. Appartamento ben rifinito, molto ampio, con camera separata molto grande, letto comodo. Dispone di una cucina completamente accessoriata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno e microonde. È compreso un kit di prodotti per la doccia, asciugamani, phon e prodotti per la colazione. Posizione centrale, comoda ai trasporti e con negozi di alimentari nei paraggi. Pizzeria d'asporto sotto casa. Insomma, esperienza molto positiva!

Apropiado para pasar unos días en el centro
El apartamento está completo en cuanto a menaje. Buena ubicación con 3 líneas de metro muy cerca. Pedí sábana para el sofá cama y toalla pues éramos 3 personas y me dijeron que no me correspondía que mi apartamento era para dos cuando yo reservé para 3. Tras pedirlo en dos ocasiones me lo dieron. La primera noche, tras pasar frío pedimos una manta o edredón, nos dijeron que nos lo daban en 5’ y tres días después nos fuimos sin haberlo visto. No limpiaron, ni vaciaron papeleras, ni cambiaron toallas en los 5 días y el último día nos abren la habitación a las 7:50 para limpiar. Increíble. En definitiva, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, buenas conexiones, si te toca planta baja el ruido debe ser excesivo, y el personal, aunque amable no es resolutivo.

Room was very cold even with all heaters on. Could not switch on towel heaters. Very frequent rumbling from underground trains. Door chain broken.

Excellent location
The location is excellent. Very close to the river bank and tube stations. The room is spacious and everything is functional. I like that they have the laundry and dishwasher inside the apartment which adds a lot convenience to our trip.

Great London Stay
Overall a great place to stay. The location is great as it lies close the the Thames and is close to multiple Underground Stations/lines. The apartment (we were on the 4th floor) was a 1 bedroom that was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only issues would be the noise (street and underground) which while not too bad were noticeable, and the appliances DW & WD which did not work great (it took 4 cycles of 120 min each to dry clothes.

You get quite a lot for your money wrt to space and room facilities compared to a local travel lodge which was only £20 cheaper. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. Will absolutely stay there again. My only comment was the corridors could have done with a hoover.

Centrally located; a bit noisy with other residents and nearby train. Main elevator was constantly out of service and the checkin receptionist never mentioned a second elevator or alternative entrance, learned this from a housekeeper on the 2nd day. Front desk staff needs to be trained in better customer service and provide accurate property information, instead of focusing on gaining money from renting.

Would not recommend staying here
Arrived & asked for early checkin option. Room unavailable, so asked to be called when ready. She took my #, but never proactively checked. So jet lagged we sat in the lobby waiting for an update & overheard her offer early checkin for additl fee to other folks. We would've paid but wasn't offered this. I went to ask the status of room, she confirmed it was ready (could've been ready, but wasn't proactively checking). She tried to charge us a +fee even though it was < an hr prior to checkin. After push back, she agreed to waive the fee since she hadn't told us about it earlier. Alarmingly, someone used their key to access door when we were in the room! Had the chain latched, he opened it so hard it pulled out of the wall a little. Anna/front desk responded immediately. She found Facility was asked to fix a light & didn't realize guests had checkedin. Mistakes happen. But last day of our stay, we were sleeping & someone used their key to access the room AGAIN + yell HELLO. We sent an email to the front desk re: 2nd unapproved access to our room. Extremely upset 2x staff used their key to access our room unannounced. The lady @ front desk explained they thought we left based on a door sound & came to clean-even though it was before checkout time. Not acceptable! Additionally: -you can hear loud Tube sounds all night -tub is elevated, have to step up into it and VERY hazardous/slippery. We won't be staying here again & would not recommend it.

Nice place not noisy with the trains
It is a nice place, very good location, clean and tidy but for me it was too noisy with the trains. from 5am to midnight you can hear the trains almost non stop. Its not very loud but too annoying for me to stay there again

Being in a prime location, in one of the busiest areas of the City of London, there is lots of foot traffic and tube lines. This comes with the advantage of having many tube connections around us and being able to connect easily anywhere in London, but it also has its disadvantage of creating noise, which might create nuisance for some people, but not all. The flat is conveniently located in a very well communicated area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation options at a walking distance. That said, we did not enjoy our stay because the beds were very uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed. The worse and main reason why I wouldn't recommend this place is becase it's SUPER hot, we were sweating all the time, there is a fan in the bedroom but the living/kitchen area doesn't have one and it was so hot that we couldn't be there more than a few minutes. It wasn't that hot outside (Maybe 18o or 20o C) but for some reason the flat gets extremely hot.

Great location for visiting London with access to several tube stations and walking distance to many popular tourist sites. Great concierge service to let us in at any time. Quiet suite on 5th floor (just outside street noise with windows open). Plenty of space. Sofa bed was pretty bad shape… other beds were comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more minor items. A few other things noted to them on departure (bad drain and a light that didn’t work). Overall a positive experience for our family stating there. Thanks!

Would recommend highly these apartments
Lovely well equipped apartment with double bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Beds could have been a little more comfortable and there was noise from the underground but overall good value and fab location. Quite warm but fans in each room. Apartment seemed well maintained and clean. L’Occitaine toiletries were a nice touch and tea/coffee/milk appreciated. Would recommend and would stay again. Pictures are from when we left!

Appart hôtel Londres
Appart hôtel très bien placé , très pratique avec des enfants . Par contre impossible pour des adultes de dormir sur le canapé convertible car on sent tous les ressorts , la literie du lit est moyenne .. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits et personne est venu nous vider poubelles ou changer serviettes…au prix que nous avons payé ( en août)
