Tæt ved offentlig transport
Dejligt sted, meget tæt ved offentlig transport. Værelset var pænt og rent og havde alt, hvad man har brug for. Godt udvalg til morgenmaden, men meget småt til rigtig mange mennesker. Kunne ikke slukke for larmende aircondition om natten.

Great conference hotel
Excellent hotel near Excel convention center. Due to the strange lack of nearby restaurants we had dinner at the hotel several evenings, and it was not bad at all. Easy when you have had a long day at the convention. Only complaint is the scrambled eggs in the breakfast - likely the worst we ever had. Very dry stuff - perhaps made the day before. The rest of the breakfast was great though.

Let at komme til med tog, flot værelser, rent og pænt, rengørning hver dag, meget venlig og hjælpsom personale på hele hotellet rigtig fin morgenmad, noget for en hver smag

The hotel itself was fine, and the breakfast was good. But I had a couple of issues I never had on other hotels... 1. The room was way too cold, I kept calling the reception to increase the warm, but nothing happened... No matter how many times I called, they just said [okay will be done in 5min] 2. My Room light/Electric keep going off, and then i had to go to the reception, getting my card renewed and back to my room, it's kinda annoying mid of the evening to just lose all light and electric.

Great experience. Very helpful and absolutely central to our venture out in London ExCel. Cool with the 24/7 service.

Hotellet var fint, god service, fine værelser og god morgenmad. Beliggenheden var et minus for os, da der var langt til centrum - dig er der offentlig transport lige ved hotellet.

Nice hotel for stop over before a flight or use of the Excel centre. Ordered food from the bar/restaurant, lovely gentleman sever, the food sadly terrible. Breakfast was average. You get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful, The staff are excellent. But the food lets them down.

Clean, quiet and great breakfast!! Super location for the o2 arena and not too expensive. Closest DLR station was closed however the walk to the next was only 15mins. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel and room was comfortable and spacious. Staff ver helpful and very friendly. Breakfast very good. Nice bar and great it was open until.1am to enable us to have a late nightcap Convenient for DLR travel. We enjoyed our stay very much!! Will come again!!

I arrived art this hotel and the service from the check i young Lady whose name means peace in English was the best service I have ever experienced. Her attitude for such a young woman made me humbled. She went out of her way to ensure that a booking that was late , was resolved , and convinced me that I will only use this hotel when I visit London in the future. Congratulations to the Hotel , you are a credit to the Holiday Inn.

The property didn’t provide us water bottles and this room was booked for 2 people but toiletries were available for 1 guest only including bath and other towel. There was no quilt available for the second guest as well. We had to go to the reception to get the missing items for the second person.

For bottled water as brand standards, as we are an "express hotel" we do not offer bottled water in the rooms. You can always buy them from the bar or reception.

Although these are not an excuse, we would like to share that you can always contact a member of staff to get help regarding your problems. We do have an air conditioning unit in the rooms as we do not have windows and we could help with both the lights and the heat through our central control.

Great stay
Hotel is very well situated location wise for going to the excel- about a 15 min walk. Room was spacious and bed was comfy, the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back here for future events.

Great location.
Location was fantastic, the hotel itself was great but the foldout bed was broken and the room was too noisy both with other guests and a whistling fan that we couldn't turn off. Overall I'd stay here again but perhaps not with kids.

Para se ficar uma só noite.
Não existe nada nas proximidades do hotel a não ser o aeroporto central.O trem é perto,estação Royal Albert mas são muitas estações para chegar ao centro de Londres e também necessita trocar de linha várias vezes.O café da manhã é sempre o mesmo e não se pode pedir nem um ovo cozido.

Good stay
A good hotel. Room was ready at the time of check-in, with the sofa bed all set. ample towels kept on standby. On site parking for extra charge, charged per day. A good alternative to explore London due to the DLR station next door and tube station nearby Breakfast is as always not a disappointment :)

À deux min à pied de la station de métro. Les personnes qui travaillent sur place sont adorable. La chambre est très correcte. Seul petit point négatif personne parle français. À part Mohamed qui est adorable et qui parle français.
