God stort værelse, super morgenmad og venligt personale. Værelset var covid plumberet inden brug. Ingen rengøring eller håndklædeskift på 3 overnatninger. Rene håndklæder kunne rekvireres i receptionen.

Lidt for dyrt men ellers ok
Selve værelset var pænt og rent, med et fint tekøkken med fuldt udstyr til madlavning. Desværre var der dog mørkt da vinduerne vendte ud mod en mørk gyde. Seng plus barneseng var fine, men hovedpuderne var for høje/ubekvemme. Personalet var sødt og effektivt. Lobbyen er langt mindre end den syner på billederne, men det var dejligt med gratis kaffe, vand og snacks i løbet af dagen.

Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme i receptionen Hotellet ligger i et roligt kvarter og tæt på transport, bus C3 holder lige uden for hotellet og toget ind mod centrum kører kun et par minutters gåafstand derfra. Dejligt stort værelse

Nice but expensive
Nice hotel. Good beds, quiet. 3-person rooms work well with a queen size + a normal bed. Bathrooms only 3 star. Breakfast great with hot buffet with eggs, waffels, pancakes, nice bread and Danish, fresh fruits, juice, youghurt etc. Only downside: it's located at Imperial Wharf station which means that you must change sub line one extra time on every ride + it's an overground line with less departures. Nice but expensive for a family.

Housekeeping came a 8am day 1. Asked them to come back as we were still sleeping, they never did. Got stuck in elevator day 2, emergency button did not work, forcefully opened doors by 2 men in elevator, jumped out, notified front desk, he argued and said working fine. Next day elevator was finally shut down. Day 4 housekeeping provided dirty towels. Not the friendliest hotel. Excellent quiet location close to overground.

One of two elevators was not working for 5 of 6 days of my stay, in a 7 story hotel. Taking the stairs as an alternative was challenging because they stored extra chairs in the hallway--A FIRE SAFETY HAZARD. When I checked out the hotel manager harassed me for 7 minutes, denying the hallways had chairs (since remove.) He even said, I should not have been using the stairs as there are two elevators. I reminded him one elevator was not working for 5 days. This hotel is skimping on maintenance to have an elevator out for 5 days, and trying to save on labor costs by using fire exits for chair storage. This place is dangerous.

The front desk staff were great, friendly and attentive to solving issues, but unfortunately the sound travel between rooms was awful and the key card entry system to the rooms seemed generally faulty resulting in having to change rooms and even the second room had the same issue. The sound issue would be a deal breaker against booking again for an otherwise reasonable hotel.

During the first night a male member of staff woke us up in the middle by letting himself into our room at midnight and waking us up. We literally screamed and so he shut the door and left. He then mumbled something about ice, but I’m not sure why he was looking for an excuse when the fact is he should be knocking anyway. Did the ordeal end there? No. After bolting the door and having to manually ensure our own safety, we finally got back to sleep, or my friend did at least, I was less receptive to sleeping in an area where any male member of staff can apparently walk in to to young girls rooms. lol and behold a phone call from reception. A bit late I thought, but perhaps a misguided attempt from someone on reception to apologise. Oh no, someone now giving me the third degree wondering why we were in the room we had paid for. Eventually they hung up only to once again call back demanding to know my name and basically implying we had done something wrong. Next morning we go down after a sleepless and horrible night. The MAN (for we had only encountered male members of staff thus far) barely apologise deferring accountability to the booking system and claiming their had been a mistake and the system had said the room was empty. Doesn’t answer why a random male member of staff was entering the room after midnight or why he then lied about ice; it must have been a lie if this new truth is to be believed. The situation worsened but Hilton won’t allow me to write more.
