Only Ok
The twin room was not really a twin room but a double room with very little possibilities to seperate the beds. In general the design of the room and bathroom wasnt really functional We stayed there for two nights and our room wasnt cleaned and our towels wasnt changed. Breakfast, friendliness of staff was good though.

You have to love or hate AI. I sent numerous messages to Expedio, advising that my mother had passed away, could not keep the booking, as funeral was the next day. Could i change, etc. Alas, the only response i get is AI. Which is nonsence

The property is very close to the airport and to nearby bus stops and as well as grocery's stores. The room I was has easy view of planes landing. Though the room is a bit small but very comfortable. I will recommend anyone at anytime to this property.

Not a convenient stay, even for Terminal 5 transportation on the way in. The ride to the airport was very convenient. Hotel manager was fantastic but other staff not friendly or helpful.

We booked and was confirmed room with double bed but got room with two single beds did inform staff but couldn't get the issue resolved even though we showed the booking confirmation clearly stated room with double bed.

Has a retro, refreshed 70s shabbiness, think brown carpets and plywood, but generally clean. Can take the Hotel Hoppa bus to the hotel, 6.8 pounds one way (gouging at each step), takes about 20 min. Staff super helpful
