Stor lejlighed med køkken
Stor og fin lejlighed i roligt område i gåafstand til centrum. Fin morgenmad hvor personalet dog havde svært ved at få fyldt op. Så gå ikke for sent ned til buffeten. Man sover med dobbeldyne.

Great stay
Everything is perfect about this hotel. The rooms, the breakfast, the reception, the area, close to Docks, close to city centre. But most of all the staff! So helpful, pleasant and service minded! Thanks for a great stay!

Hyggelig stemning
Hjælpsomt og interesseret personale, meget fint loungeområde og godt placeret hotel i forhold til seværdigheder. Glimrende morgenmad. Stort værelse med eget køkken. Ingen deciderede minusser.

Godt lejlighedshotel
Fint lejlighedshotel. Vi fik lejlighed øverst oppe med udsigt til både vandet og det store hjul. Ligger i gåafstand til centrum (10-15 min). Pænt og rent. Vi boede her fra fredag-mandag og havde ikke rengøring i disse dage - måske det kun er på hverdage, men dette var vi forberedt på ved at have læst tidligere anmeldelser. Eneste minus var en sovesofa til vores teenager, som var lidt medtaget med følelsen af at være sunket sammen på midten. Vi kunne godt finde på at booke igen.

Fantastisk sted at bo
Et helt fantastisk hotel de lever op til alle krav til et dejligt sted at bo. Jeg havde DN lille suite med lækkert køkken og bad. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til alle seværdigheder og lige ved siden af The Beatles Story. Servicen var rigtig fin og morgenbuffeten var lækker med et fint udvalg. Fri kaffe døgnet rundt.

The room could have been cleaner…there were several items from the previous guest left behind. The bed was a bit saggy. There was nothing in the gym to wipe down equipment after use. But the staff was so friendly. The breakfast was nice and the location is pretty walkable for most sites. Check in/out was easy. Having laundry on site and a little extra space in the room was great - as this stop was in the middle of a 3 week trip.

This hotel was fantastic. It's located on the Royal Albert Docks so very convenient to all Liverpool attractions. The hotel had private underground parking. The rooms are modern, clean & bright and have a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink. There was a 6:30pm managers reception on Wednesday evening with drinks and snacks. We we're invited but we're unable to attend because we had dinner reservations. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that lets the hotel down is not enough options for breakfast.

What we liked about the place was the location which was fantastic and we could walk everywhere. even the stadiums were ony a 4 mile walk which was no problem for us. The breakfast was very good. But, we asked for a room an hour early because we had been traveling for 24 hours. What we found was our room didn't look like it was vacuumed as I found a bunch of hair on the carpet and floor was sticky. The toilet was clean on top but the sides were NOT. I can only assume it wasn't completely clean because we asked for a room 1 hour early of check-in time and it was not ready but we took it anyways because we were exhausted. I had to ask for an extra towel too. It must have been a busy day when we arrived as there were no rooms because when we left a week later, they had rooms available at 8AM. Oh well, the trip was great anyways and we would stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. You could buy food for the apartment late at night and the staff even showed us how to use the facilities that were first class. The bed was enormous and comfortable, we would stay here again as we felt welcome

Hotel was in a good location, the parking was ok, but took about 20 minutes to get them to let us in (not good as we were in a hurry to get to an appointment we had). The room was well equipped and the kitchen a big bonus! The main issue was a very rude member of staff on reception, who told us we should have booked direct and by not doing so we didn’t deserve any extra perks. This was when checking in, so didn’t really feel very welcomed. The other staff were ok, didn’t really interact with many others after this anyway. The breakfast was tasty enough, but had a bit of a cattle market feel about it, very rushed and kept running out of things and having to wait. Been to lots of other hotels and just didn’t feel this one was particularly special. Loved Liverpool and would return, but will stay elsewhere.

We have stayed here a few times before and love the comfortable, homely feel of the place. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very clean they are also still in really good condition when you think how long the hotel has been here so they must maintain them regularly. The location is great for the city and docks but nice and quiet for the night time. There are plenty of eating places close by too. We Love staying here.

This hotel is warm and welcoming with happy staff who obviously like their job. The room was clean and cosy with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove! There was an amazing happy hour with gratis wine and beer and food platters. The breakfast was great too. All in all, a very pleasant find in the center of Liverpool.

Was put in a 1 bed room after i booked a 3 adult room. Staff at site were brilliant and sorted it out asap but not happy with expedia as they were at fault and unsure if would use again

There was a lot of redevopment and improvement being made to an already beautiful part of Liverpool. This wasnt an issue at all and once the works are complete they will enhance the area further.

We love the property and it’s our second time staying there. We are staunch Hilton fans, but love the room and space for 2 adults and 1 Child. We had an unfortunate experience on the 1st night as the bath was blocked and when I tried to unblock it ( due to somebody being sick the previous evening) I had lots of sick come swimming out of the bath. I went down to reception to let them know and they just giggled, ‘ah, these things happen in hotels!’ The second day of our stay this issue was sorted and we were left with a twix to say that they had twixxed the issue! Very good but not that happy that the dirty flannel that was used to clean out the previous guests sick was just left in the bathtub for us to dispose of 😩 Otherwise would have been an amazing stay! Xx

Stayed one night but could have happily stayed longer and would recommend this hotel and location is excellent too.

Definitely recommend
Good location with good views of the water or city. The kitchen was a nice touch. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Included breakfast was a lovely touch.

Lovely place to stay, ideal location to explore Liverpool and what it has to offer. Incredibly lovely staff , great facilities in the hotel with some gorgeous and comfortable rooms .

This was quite simply the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was a power cut on arrival which meant we couldn’t check in for several hours. On getting to the room, sewage was coming out of the taps. Although we change rooms the issue continued. We were unable to use the sinks or showers.
