Super dejlig beliggenhed. Har en ekstra fin restaurant. Maden er fantastisk og har stort udvalg til morgenmaden. Tæt på parken, shoppingcentre, Belém, og dejlig udsigt over byen, og Tagus River. Personale er meget søde og hjælpsomme. Vil helt bestemt anbefale det til andre og er sikker på vil bo der igen næste gang jeg tager til Lissabon

The staff in the hotel were amazing. On a busy couple days they answered all our questions. The room was great. Just a few crumbs on table. But nothing to complain about.

Wonderful property, great staff, especially David Silva!! Disappointed in the bar, not open until 1600??! Why?? Most people are on vacation and should be able to drink whatever they choose in the restaurant, other than beer or wine. With my breakfasts and lunches, I prefer Mimosas, Piñasas or Bellinis. With my lunches and antojitos, I prefer a margarita, espresso martini or martinis in general. Please, don’t limit your patrons. We work long, hard hours (90 hours a week) in the United States and when we can finally leave our business for respite in other countries, not affording us the beverage of our choice is a complete disservice and very disappointing.

Stayed for 5 nights at this property in March. Very centrally located, walking distance to downtown area. Park nearby. Excellent condition, staff were very helpful and friendly. Pedro, the manager at the restaurant onsite was one of the friendliest and helpful staff we have seen! He gave us suggestions for things to do, stories about Lisbon and surrounding areas, best pastries etc. The only reason for a 4 star for cleanliness is because we found some trash left on the room floors even after the cleaning crew had finished their rounds. Would surely recommend!

I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisboa. The location is nice , close to the city center but not in the middle of it. Walkable . And the best, the staff at concierge, reception, doors ... excellent.

Hotel em constante redução de custos e portanto deixou de ser um hotel diferenciado ( como na época do Tiara ) para ser apenas mais um hotel 4 / 5 estrelas em Lisboa . Por último , estão retirando as ótimas banheiras dos quartos em nome de um designe mais atual . Ou seja , mais moderno , menos conforto !!!
