Service og venlighed i højsædet!
Et dejligt og centralt placeret hotel. Personalet er usædvanligt venlige og serviceminded. Hotellet byder på en superdejlig morgenmadsbuffet til en absolut rimelig pris. Generelt set et sted, som vi gerne besøger igen.

Betalelig luksus
Personalet er meget venligt og kompetent. Vi rejste med en baby og fik fin hjælp, når vi havde brug for det. En defekt cisterne blev repareret 10 minutter efter, vi havde anmeldt det. Vi følte os meget velkomne.

Staff are friedndly and helpful. Decent size room. Big lobby. Good breakfast. Accessible. Walkable to city centre. The only negative is that the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

The staff really made the stay most enjoyable. We travelled with 2 young kids and they surprised them with popcorn kernels and a popcorn machine. It was the little touches of thoughtfulness and professionalism that really made the stay great!

Professional and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms and with little noise from the outside. The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up. The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance.

We enjoyed our stay at the Altis Grand immensely, and are looking forward to returning for another stay in the future!! The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was excellent!! The spa was totally booked when I tried to make an appt., so I'm hoping to try that out next time we visit!!

We stayed at this hotel for four days, it was okay. It is close to the main street, that has designer shopping stores. Overall, it is in a quiet and clean location. I found the room to be small, and the carpet was dirty. The water in the bathroom shower/bathtub was extremely hot, I almost burnt myself, as I was trying to adjust the temperature. On the third day our room did not get cleaned until 8:30pm, and that was after mentioning it several times. Some of the staff members were nice, but others had attitude.

Good location. Good room size. Staff were friendly. Parts of the room little were a little scruffy, scuffs etc. But overall it is a good big hotel in a good location. It's not perfection but is is good value and I would stay there again. It feels a little retro which I like.

We liked the hotel and the service but the room was a bit small to accommodate 3 adults. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Cet hôtel est placé dans un quartier très calme à deux pas de la grande avenue abritant les magasins de luxe et descendant vers l’arc Augusta. Le service est d’une excellence rare j’ai demandé à changer mon matelas qui était usé et la direction l’a changé immédiatement ! Le personnel est extrêmement poli et dévoué à toutes questions besoins et je les remercie. La propreté est sans remarques Les restaurants sont de qualité et d’un accueil plaisant Le petit déjeuner très abondant En résumé je recommande vivement cet hôtel Altis
