The location is fabulous, only stayed one night, but I felt like I was on holiday staying next to the Brayford.
The room was perfect for my friend and I, It was great having 2 double beds in the room (neither of us drawing the short straw for the single!)
My only criticisms would be, that there was a fair amount mould in the grout of the tiles in the bathroom, some along the bottom of the tiles, but some at eye level, and the shower curtain looked to be yellowing along the bottom.
Another small gripe is that I could not open the window to outside, even a small amount, even though we were on the ground floor.
Having said all that, I would stay there again as the location was wonderful.
