Hi DeborahThank you for taking the time to leave your feedback for your recent stay, we are sorry to learn that you had a negative stay and we j have investigated the issues you have raised.On the booking platform that you used to reserve your room it clearly states under "Children and Extra beds" that 2 children under the age of 12 years can stay free of charge, our sofa bed is designed for 1 adult or 2 children under 12.Also under the heading "Fees" it does state that a Deposit: GBP 100 per accommodation stay.This is a pre authorisation that is held on the guests card, and then released by the hotel upon check out, it is then the responsibility of your financial provider to update their records to show that it is no longer being held.I do hope this information is helpful and will help you to make informed decisions the next time you are making a reservation.Many Thanks
