Vi boede 2 nætter på hotellet 2 voksne og 2 teenagere, i 1 værelse med 2 queenbeds. Det fungerede fint, der var pænt og rent overalt. Personalet er super. Morgenmaden fin. Lille men fint pool område.Men vi manglede et sted at sidde udenfor i skygge, når man ikke vil sidde ved poolen. Man får meget for pengene ved at bo her, men der er ikke så meget at lave, vi brugte hotellet til at køre ud fra, det er ikke et sted man bor i længere tid.

Booked room thru Expedia for three nights for tradesman working on my nearby party. Hotel gouged me price wise to extend. Did not service the room and had to go downstairs for fresh towels. Trying to fix this over the phone, spoke to one gentleman Gary in the morning and by end of the day, the story changed and had to deal with Julie and the manager.

Staff at the desk was friendly and made it easy to check in and out with ease. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

The front desk was very helpful, but warning to all you baby bommers this is a high tech hotel. It takes 2 controls to operate the AC. "If the wall unit doesn't work then use the one on the unit" what? A remote for the window blinds. Very little lighting. Room smelled of Marijuana. Now this is where the front desk excelled and cleaning service bit the dust. Front desk had to call cleaning service as to which spray to use. Awesome, it worked. Left the next morning to come back and find our room was not cleaned. No new towels, toilet paper, nothing. No reason as to why either. Fire the cleaning staff or totally retrain. For the money i paid, fire the staff. Don't eat the food either. Ugh

The only downside was how loud the small refrigerator was inside the room. I had to unplug it at night so we could fall asleep, other than that, everything was perfect!

I would not recommended staying here the management was very difficult to deal with. Contacted them several times by phone and received conflicting information. Was very disappointing experience

Rooms need an update and a deeper clean. Our carpet was gross and there were bits of food on the floor near the bed. Shower didn't get very hot. We were next to the elevator and it was noisy.

Would Recommend a Stay in This Hotel.
Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels. We stay tin their hotels across the country. This hotel was excellent except for cleanliness. Most areas were clean, but the elevator was filthy. Our bath tub had a red stain that I could not clean.

Strong Urine Smell and Roaches
We stayed one night to attend my father’s funeral in Homosassa. We arrived very late, around 1am. After going into the room, we were immediately met with a strong urine smell. There was also a roach crawling in the bathroom. I informed the front desk and asked for another room. The hotel was completely sold out so we had to stay in the room. The front desk staff was extremely apologetic and provided air freshener spray. I tried to find other accommodations in the area but decided to stay since it was so late and it wouldn’t have been worth moving my family. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would stay a little further away to have access to better hotel chains.
